Maybe the loading on my old phone not so cool, but games are ok and fast. Lack of phone support, I hoped to receive faster help. But only few websites doing better!

I would like to see more deposit methods. I miss cashlib and/or cashtocode. Adding Gamomat to the provider-selection would be nice. But that would be an additional plus and that this provider is missing is basically nothing negative.

The casino withdrawal process is badly hindered by the KYC process, I had previously verified my account but when I went to make a withdrawal, the KYC process required a number of documents, screen prints, etc. However, even with deposit screen prints and banking profiles provided, they have decided they want a bank statment, which delays the withdrawal process for weeks as the bank only issues once per month. My details are exactly the same as the last time I verified my account. This needs to be improved if they want to compete with the bigger casinos who take pride in getting you verified and withdrawal completed within 24 hours. My review score is based on the delay.
