I think BluVegas casino deserves a lot of praise for being one of the few reliable sites that offer consistent chat support over the years. That has been the fun in playing games on this site with more love for the customers who want to enjoy it.
What is not that good about Blu Vegas is the lack of sustainable games that have a lot of bigger payouts as well. This is what I have said in my last review and I think they still need to put some focus on how they do it at this point in time as well.
I can’t really say there is much I like about this casino. Nothing that other sticks out vs other casinos. Their availability on slots was ok. There was one person being nice to me among many. The site looks ok at first not more
This casino is extremely nonchalant as far as live support and they did one thing that made me stop go there. I did many deposits over a weekend. I usually always use one bank and my deposit goes instant. I made a deposit on a Friday on 200 euro. This weekend I used also my 2ndary bank for a deposit (was 200 euro) on the same Friday. I always check to see if they come in, no matter what my balance is. Especially i keep an eye for the 2ndary bank as it can take up to 30 min usually. So what happened was the deposit from my 1st bank comes in 200 euro. The deposit from my 2ndary bank was not in yet at 7 pm even though it was deposited around noon, so I let the live chat person now. They tell me to hold on. The answer I get is that it had already been added to my account. I asked from what bank account but they couldn’t tell me, so I had to contact trustly myself. Spoke to a nice man there who had processed both of them and Confirmed that BluVegas has received both, so Trustly had done their part. This is the worst part, when I even show the live chat and echonomic department at blu Vegas this, they still claim it was those 200 that got added to my account. I said, well then there should be 2 of them in my transaction history cuz I have two banks. But there was only one. Now I have to wait for the financial department and ofc I have to wait all weekend. And the answer I got is we looking into it, so it took me a couple of more days. Next answer I get is that they never received the deposit and I should check with my bank. So I call the bank and they ofc said I haven’t received any incoming returns of money. So again I contact trustly and now it is actually 2 weeks after deposit. That’s how long they ignore or try to make it hard for me. Trustly said, we have not received anything in return from BluVegas, and he found it odd that they kept saying “check with your bank” or “keep an eye on your bank balance”. Also he told me that this thing was so strange that he actually could see that they received the money from me but didn’t add it to my players account. Also he kept asking the casino to fullfill the transaction since they had the money. After two weeks or so, I get a mail where the financial department write: “we found your money, they are now in your balance”. And hardly an appologize for two weeks of stress, many hours in live chat and many mails to both casino and my bank. It was disturbing.
Another thing was the bonuses they had. The offers I got I couldn’t get up in deposit section as I was supposed to, also the link from mail never work with bonus. So i always had to claim them in live chat every time. And had to wait in chat every time. At one time the person in live chat said: “you already claimed this bonus”, even if the bonus said unlimited amount of times in the mail ( for example 20% of 100 euro deposit Monday nights). So I had to explain what my mail said. “You have to send us a screenshot of that mail” live person said.
“Ok, so you don’t know what you send me?” I said.

One time the person in live chat calculated wrong so I got 30% of bonus instead of 50%. I don’t know if she sat with a calculator and typed wrong or so. I asked them to fix this with bonus feature in deposit menu, they never did. I also didn’t see that there was a 2nd, 3rd and 4th bonus in the registering process, but that’s my own fault not reading all terms. So after a month I told them I missed that and wonder if I could claim it, since I spent so many times in live chat claiming each bonus manually and having to send screenshot of mail they sent me with bonus as proof. But ofc I was a couple of weeks late for that bonus nr 2 3 and 4 registration bonuses, so no they couldn’t help me with that and told me to read the terms and such.
I find this casino extremely unprofessional and in fact disrespectful. I have all the mail conversations including the ones to trustly. I wrote a mail to MGA. They told me to send all info but at the time I couldn’t bother anymore cuz family was in process of moving. Just happy I stopped gambling there l and I am here to inform you all to be aware of this casino and unprofessional live support.
