BK8 Casino - Complain regarding confiscated funds on my Account

Hello,
I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my BK8 account.
I deposited $170 and placed multiple bets over the course of 3 days. Some bets were lost, others won, and my remaining balance was $80. When I attempted to withdraw these funds, I was informed that my account had been suspended and that all my remaining balance was confiscated due to alleged violations of their Terms and Conditions.
I strongly believe that this action is unjustified. At no point did I engage in any fraudulent or prohibited activity. I played responsibly, and all bets were placed according to the platform rules.
I have attempted to resolve this directly with BK8 support, but their responses have been generic and non-specific, and they have refused to provide any detailed explanation or evidence of alleged violations.
I am therefore requesting:

A full investigation into my account and the reason for the confiscation of funds.

Restoration or return of my remaining balance of $80 if no valid violation is proven.

Transparent communication regarding any findings.

All relevant transaction details and screenshots can be provided upon request. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and promptly.

BK8 Casino - Declines to provide withdrawal

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my BK8 account

On 9 November, I deposited $162 and placed several sports bets over the next two days. I lost a significant part of my balance, and on 11 November, when I tried to withdraw the remaining ~$100, I was suddenly logged out of my account.

Shortly after, BK8 informed me that:

my account was suspended,

my entire remaining balance was confiscated,

and I was permanently banned for a supposed violation of their Terms and Conditions.

They did not provide any explanation, proof, or details about what rule was violated.

I only placed normal sports bets, with my own funds, and I was already in a losing position overall. Confiscating the remaining balance in such a situation is completely unfair and unreasonable.

I politely request AskGamblers to help me review this case and require BK8 to either:

Provide clear evidence of any actual violation, or

Return my remaining balance (~$100).

I am submitting this complaint because my BK8 account was blocked during a withdrawal attempt, and the casino refuses to return my deposited funds without providing any evidence or clear explanation.

I previously submitted a complaint to CasinoGuru, but they informed me that they only handle issues related to casino games, not sports betting. BK8 Casino - 1600000 EUR Withdrawal Delay

I won over €1,600,000 about three weeks ago. BK8’s per-transaction withdrawal limit is $20,000. I successfully withdrew $60,000 in three separate transactions.
However, the next $20,000 withdrawal has been pending for more than two weeks. After I asked support, they said they would update me “as soon as the result is available,” and since then communication has stopped.

Given the size of my balance, I’m concerned about whether BK8 will actually pay.

I successfully completed BK8’s full account verification process, which included submitting a valid ID and a live selfie. My account was verified without issue. I have since made several deposits and exclusively placed bets on sports. I did not avail myself of any promotional offers or bonuses.

Trying out BK8 Casino has been a pretty fun experience for meee!!! First off, it’s a great spot for sports betting, which I really enjoy online. Plus, having Manny Pacquiao as their brand ambassador is awesome since I’m a big fan of his boxing journey! Hehe I also love how fast the withdrawals are. It’s nice to get my winnings right away. The 24/7 live chat support is super handy, and I appreciate that there are no payment fees in this casino.
