Complain regarding confiscated funds on my Account

Hello,
I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my BK8 account.
I deposited $170 and placed multiple bets over the course of 3 days. Some bets were lost, others won, and my remaining balance was $80. When I attempted to withdraw these funds, I was informed that my account had been suspended and that all my remaining balance was confiscated due to alleged violations of their Terms and Conditions.
I strongly believe that this action is unjustified. At no point did I engage in any fraudulent or prohibited activity. I played responsibly, and all bets were placed according to the platform rules.
I have attempted to resolve this directly with BK8 support, but their responses have been generic and non-specific, and they have refused to provide any detailed explanation or evidence of alleged violations.
I am therefore requesting:


A full investigation into my account and the reason for the confiscation of funds.


Restoration or return of my remaining balance of $80 if no valid violation is proven.


Transparent communication regarding any findings.


All relevant transaction details and screenshots can be provided upon request. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and promptly.

I won over €1,600,000 about three weeks ago. BK8’s per-transaction withdrawal limit is $20,000. I successfully withdrew $60,000 in three separate transactions.
However, the next $20,000 withdrawal has been pending for more than two weeks. After I asked support, they said they would update me “as soon as the result is available,” and since then communication has stopped.

Given the size of my balance, I’m concerned about whether BK8 will actually pay.

Timeline & Details

[9/10] – Total balance after win exceeded €1,600,000.

[9/11] – Withdrawal #1 ($20,000) – Paid.

[9/11] – Withdrawal #2 ($20,000) – Paid.

[9/12] – Withdrawal #3 ($20,000) – Paid.

[9/13 – 2+ weeks ago] – Withdrawal #4 ($20,000) – Submitted; still pending.

[Dates] – Contacted live chat / email multiple times; the last message from BK8 said they would inform me once they had the result. No further updates since then.

My Compliance

I have completed KYC and can provide any additional EDD/SoF documents immediately.

I did not claim any bonus tied to these withdrawals (or, if I did, I met all wagering and max-bet rules).

I have not engaged in any prohibited play.

Requested Resolution

An immediate update on the status of my pending $20,000 withdrawal; and

A clear written payout schedule for the remaining balance (dates, amounts, and method) until the full amount is paid; or

Payment in full if BK8 is able to process larger amounts.
