Deposit not credited and no approximate timeframe given
Deposited $50 and $850. Then BK8 account frozen. Both the $50 and $850 transferred but only $50 was credited and $850 not credited.
Was told will be updated but there is no end in sight. Operator unable to provide an approximate timeframe for it.
As a customer, do not have the patience to wait months or years.
