Deposit not credited and no approximate timeframe given


Deposited $50 and $850. Then BK8 account frozen. Both the $50 and $850 transferred but only $50 was credited and $850 not credited.
Was told will be updated but there is no end in sight. Operator unable to provide an approximate timeframe for it.
As a customer, do not have the patience to wait months or years.
It could possibly be a tactic to drag it out until customer forget or let it go

I paid $850 sucessfully- money left my bank, they got it.
They admit their bank is inacti­ve/­clo­sed­/bl­ocked
They are keeping my money and refuse to credit.
Their bank got problem, they keep my money. That's theft/pure fraud.

BK8 just responded to me via the customer service.

Hi, sir. After the investigation done by our related team, as the bank is no longer active, the deposit is unable to process. Thank you for understanding. Sorry for the inconvenience that it caused.

Means that the money deposited will not be deposited at all

I won over €1,600,000 about three weeks ago. BK8’s per-transaction withdrawal limit is $20,000. I successfully withdrew $60,000 in three separate transactions.
However, the next $20,000 withdrawal has been pending for more than two weeks. After I asked support, they said they would update me “as soon as the result is available,” and since then communication has stopped.

Given the size of my balance, I’m concerned about whether BK8 will actually pay.

Timeline & Details

[9/10] – Total balance after win exceeded €1,600,000.

[9/11] – Withdrawal #1 ($20,000) – Paid.

[9/11] – Withdrawal #2 ($20,000) – Paid.

[9/12] – Withdrawal #3 ($20,000) – Paid.

[9/13 – 2+ weeks ago] – Withdrawal #4 ($20,000) – Submitted; still pending.

[Dates] – Contacted live chat / email multiple times; the last message from BK8 said they would inform me once they had the result. No further updates since then.

My Compliance

I have completed KYC and can provide any additional EDD/SoF documents immediately.

I did not claim any bonus tied to these withdrawals (or, if I did, I met all wagering and max-bet rules).

I have not engaged in any prohibited play.

Requested Resolution

An immediate update on the status of my pending $20,000 withdrawal; and

A clear written payout schedule for the remaining balance (dates, amounts, and method) until the full amount is paid; or

Payment in full if BK8 is able to process larger amounts.
