BK8 blocked my account during withdrawal and refuses to return my deposit

I am submitting this complaint because my BK8 account was blocked during a withdrawal attempt, and the casino refuses to return my deposited funds without providing any evidence or clear explanation.

I previously submitted a complaint to CasinoGuru, but they informed me that they only handle issues related to casino games, not sports betting. Since my activity on BK8 was strictly sports betting, they redirected me to a more appropriate authority therefore I am opening my case here on AskGamblers.

The account was blocked immediately after I requested a withdrawal, without any prior notice. BK8 claimed abnormal betting, but they refused to present any evidence and simply rejected my request to return the deposit.

I did not use any bonuses, and all my activity was normal sports betting.

I am requesting the return of my deposit.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this issue, as BK8 has not justified their actions and has not provided any proof of wrongdoing.

I would like to add the following update:

BK8 live support has informed me that they escalated my case to the "related department" specifically regarding my AskGamblers complaint. They said I will receive an update even if the chat is closed.

However, they still did not provide any explanation or evidence regarding the alleged violation, and no official answer has been submitted in this complaint yet.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to continue monitoring the response time.

I won over €1,600,000 about three weeks ago. BK8’s per-transaction withdrawal limit is $20,000. I successfully withdrew $60,000 in three separate transactions.
However, the next $20,000 withdrawal has been pending for more than two weeks. After I asked support, they said they would update me “as soon as the result is available,” and since then communication has stopped.

Given the size of my balance, I’m concerned about whether BK8 will actually pay.

[9/11] – Withdrawal #1 ($20,000) – Paid.

[9/11] – Withdrawal #2 ($20,000) – Paid.

[9/13 – 2+ weeks ago] – Withdrawal #4 ($20,000) – Submitted; still pending.

[Dates] – Contacted live chat / email multiple times; the last message from BK8 said they would inform me once they had the result. No further updates since then.

I have completed KYC and can provide any additional EDD/SoF documents immediately.

I did not claim any bonus tied to these withdrawals (or, if I did, I met all wagering and max-bet rules).

I have not engaged in any prohibited play.

Requested Resolution

An immediate update on the status of my pending $20,000 withdrawal; and

A clear written payout schedule for the remaining balance (dates, amounts, and method) until the full amount is paid; or

Payment in full if BK8 is able to process larger amounts.
