Page 2 – Player Reviews for Bitcoin.com Games Casino

This site is INCREDIBLE! I have been a moderate gambler my entire life but I have never experienced win rates like I have experienced on this site. I have been playing on bitcoin.com games for a couple of years now and I am a very happy customer indeed!
I have seen the site get better and better every day as well. New games from all major game creators are constantly arriving. I got VERY excited when starburst arrived.
It's a real pleasure to know I have found a 100% trustworthy bitcoin casino where I can remain anonymous should I wish.
The support is wicked, instant online support 24/7, I was really impressed with this. I recently made a very large withdrawal, which always take longer due to normal holding periods.
However, my host Ash kept in touch constantly to let me know what was happening with it.

I wish I could work there! But honestly, I cannot fault them. From being naturally very nervous about this site, I am extremely comfortable trusting my bitcoin to be left in my casino wallet rather than withdrawing and redepositing all the time.

Games are top notch newest releases, anonymous registration, ultimate privacy, and their customer service is incredible. They answer basically instantly - if you have a concern, they actually pay attention to it. That could just be that I get Ashley almost every time and she is incredibly helpful - she is management material in customer service if she isn't already. Awesome VIP deals weekly - and slots actually pay. My go-to gambling site for the past year and a half. Haven't wanted to go anywhere else.

Actually felt compelled to leave this review because I had an issue with one of the games, where a jackpot didn't trigger - went and complained - and Ashley took my concern seriously. The game creator came back a day later and told us that it "can" trigger a jackpot round, but not "will.." I told her to tell the game creator that the rules weren't clear, and that they should fix it.. she did, and for my troubles, she gave me a $50 complimentary gift (no 'bonus' nonsense, $50 cash I could withdraw) as if to say, "I understand that this was a headache, so let us make it right - despite the game creator basically telling you to get bent." Will not go anywhere else, they have your back first, no one else. Lifetime customer moving forward.

There aren't enough stars to rate this site. Been gambling online for almost a decade and this is the only site I need anymore. Return is fair and doesn't feel like it has the 'brain' behind the game to maximize profit from you like other sites do.. feels genuinely random.

Nice casino, good selection of games and a place to use some of my devalued bitcoins.
Was lucky and won a small amount and the withdrawal was efficient and smooth.
Got to say having it backed by Bitcoin.com was a plus as its where I bought my coins and an easy transition.
Navigation is good as was depositing my coin.

Sadly it doesn't have all the games I like to play, but it maybe a territory thing as I notice a lot of casinos don't have them either.
No FIAT but I can live with that.

I have been playing in a lot of bitcoin casinos recently and this is by far the easiest one to just join and play. I just registered with email, deposited with QR code and that's it - money in the account and ready to play.
Never seen a site like this! Apart from that, the games selection includes all the top games and the site design is really a classic.
I also liked to see that the cashout was processed in less than 5 mins, super fast and back in my wallet.

For me it's ok to play with bitcoin, but I think it would be good for this site to accept card payments. I understand that bitcoin.com probably prefers to use bitcoin.

Support is really responsive. Good amount of game selection bgaming pragmatic and even in house games. Withdrawal is one of the fastest I have ever seen. Really secure and trustworthy.

Even tho it’s a good game selection it’s not the greatest do too little small amount compared to other casinos and sometimes my free spins don’t appear on safari browser but it does on chrome browser. That’s odd lol.

The site has a lot of Slot games that I enjoy, Playson is usually my go-to. I opted into the welcome cashback they have on the site but didn't realize it runs for 2 weeks so players have to wait a while to receive that. No issues to recall so far, support was helpful and friendly although my deposit took about 10 minutes to reflect.

Some games felt slow although it could have been my internet connection. All my bets played through correctly though. Maybe they can add progressives?

So far so good! Nice choice of slots, was interesting to find out that they develop their own casino games so that's something new. Tested my first withdrawal yesterday, small amount but was processed right away so I'm satisfied, will definitely play here more.

Had a nice bit of luck on my first day's play, made a deposit of $50 and almost doubled it after an hour's play! My withdrawal arrived within 10 minutes which was a positive experience.

Nice user friendly website, and has a lot of games that I personally enjoy. Support is generally very helpful and friendly. I usually only play during weekends when I have free time and it's a great bit of entertainment whilst I wind-down on my days off but I only use this site as my experience with some others hasn't been that good or they don't offer the games I like.

1st off I’d like to say that the 1 star reviews here sound like fake reviews from most likely competing casinos but aside from that let’s talk about some good news.
I haven’t been playing very long at this casino but I am a more than convinced that they have the players best interest at heart.

They’re claim of being anonymous is 100% the way it is and I can assure you with all certainty that they do pay out when you win.
I’ve had 2 fairly large wins both being over 10k$ within 2-3 weeks of each other and I just knew I was going to get the runaround about being paid but without even the slightest problem I was paid in full within an hour or so both times. I’ve played at many many online casinos and I’ve never felt as comfortable as I do now.

And the bonuses are awesome, I received a 20% cash back bonus from my last week’s deposits free and clear with no crazy x40 playthrough like other casinos, I received it Free and clear and although I was a little skeptical about it they came through and my bonus was available for immediate cash out if I wanted. Although all bonuses are not without wagering restrictions I have been very pleased with they’re shake up of the typical online gaming business. It seems to lookout for the player and that being said bitcoin.com casino also has a dedicated team that observes your game play and characteristics and bases VIP bonuses on just that.

All in all I have the utmost respect for them because they seem to be doing the right things the right ways and as a consistent player that means a ton when it’s your hard earned money. Nobody is going to win all the time but all players want the casino to at least be fair and I feel that I’ve received more than just fairness but an in-depth look at how the casino business should be run.
Special shout out to Ash and Olena who are the best casino reps in the business, I appreciate all you do and the fairness you have provided. For concerned players out there this is the place to go.
They are #1.

I would like to state something positive but the only things I can think of are they have a good domain name which is good for misleading people to think they are a legitimate casino.

Rogue Casino with a support team that rarely replies to any contact and doesn’t try at all to solve any issues.
Costa Rican license which isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
Knowingly accept and breach EU laws and regulations by accepting players from the Eu and blacklisted countries with no IP blocks in place or responsibility taken.
Games a probably heavily weighted to give the casino an edge.
