They used to be great, and live up to their claims and support. I used to play here all the time but all those pros are now gone. The websites potential was great.

Now, they delay Cashouts for hours even though their website still claims 10 minutes or less, they ask for proof of funds for bitcoin for some withdrawals which are a near impossible feat especially if sending from coinbase or an exchange. Their support mine as well be robots as they provide no help whatsoever. Has become an awful place to play.

The website is beautifully designed and includes some very unique features, such as player roles and a real "gaming" feel. Didn't see it on other Direx casinos.

Unfortunately, the casino did not live up to its claims as being the best . In Australia players are limited to a small number of software providers and BetSoft is one of those and is my favourite provider. After depositing funds for the first time, I was very disappointed to find that when I entered a BetSoft game, that my crypto balance was not converted to fiat and that my deposit of 1 LTC was displaying as $1. I went straight to online chat to ask why, and they apologized for the failings of the casino but offered no solution.

Thusly, I immediately submitted a withdrawal request. I joined to play my favorite games and in lieu of them being properly functional, I chose to withdrawal my deposit.
To my shock, my withdrawal was rejected and I was informed I would need to play through my balance x2 before I could withdraw. I informed them again that their BetSoft games were not setup for playing crypto, and that it is their shortcomings with game setup that are to blame and not my attempt to launder my 1 LTC.

To this I received no response and so had no choice but to play through. I lost my LTC to the very inconsiderate play through rule. And so I do not recommend this casino at all.

Straight up this is a well balanced, trustworthy casino and you should feel comfortable placing bets with them - this is what we're all after. What do I like:

3. Approving your documents (utility bill, driver's licence, etc.) is Excellent.
4. If you're lucky enough to win, processing withdrawals is Excellent. This even applies for bank transfers for those of us with a government hell-bent on blocking online casinos and creating a local monopoly.
5. Help Desk is Very Good. To the point and if they can help they will. No silly over commitment of promises just to shut you up. No stupid allocation of bonuses that makes no sense.

Honestly, very I pressed with this casino. Great website, regular weekly tournaments, good selection of games. Really, I did not find one thing I disliked about this site. I would only suggest that they get interac as a withdrawal method as they take interac deposits. Will lose less on currency conversions when withdrawing to Canada.

They said they normally process under 30 minutes, however I pulled the ''Process withdrawals under 5 minutes'' term to them as per their website and she advised they do their best to stick to that time frames. My withdrawal took 30 minutes, but I guess for first time it takes longer. I hope the next one takes 5 minutes. I am very happy with them, I just think they need to reconsider that 5 minutes withdrawal on their home page.
