Page 3 – Player Reviews for Bitcasino.io

It's a standout crypto casino, as a slot player they have an extensive selection, well generally their game catalogue is good but I've noticed that they particularly focus on slots and baccarat. Also I've been playing here for a while now and before they do offer a welcome package but now at the moment there is none. But they have a great loyalty program and regular promotions. Payments are fast, and the sites interface is minimal but super user friendly.

There's not much to complain about this casino, however they do need to add in a phone support plus there is still no downloadable app despite the casino being mobile friendly.

Bitcasino has an extensive game selection even a decent sportsbook and Esports scene.
If you are new to online casinos this site is highly recommendable, I think even the site's UI it is very easy to navigate.

They could've included poker games within their game catalogue. It just adds more variety and I do think having to include poker games will definitely bring in more players.
It's just one of those games where every casino should have.

I've been playing here for the past 3 years. I never had any issues with them and if so the live chat support is a great help, which you can reach out to them via email or chat vice versa. You just gotta verify and make sure you're giving them the right info if you're talking about the KYC.

I agree with some people here with the casino having to put in some microtransactions along with some of their payment methods which is a bit weird to be honest lol.

Bitcasino has already proven that it is a very reliable and versatile casino. You gotta give credit to their selection, Casino games, Sports betting, Esports and so much more. with a wide selection like that for sure you will find something that will work for you. And along with hassle free transactions.

Not a huge fan of the other, fees that are being charged with some payment method being used, but I don't have any issue with the live chat being available once a player has registered. Might be a problem to some but if you are used to playing in online casinos it's the norm.

Listen carefully: this website is a huge scam for people who don't kyc

MY STORY:
Bitcasino.io let me deposit $1,500 mind you this is a institution most people believe they can trust right? Wrong. After allowing me to deposit $1,500 they told me to KYC which I did. Then they straight up disabled my account. Took my money and never responded. please stay away from this website and spread the knowledge I'm so fed up rn.

Bitcasino.io is probably part of my top online casinos.
It is pretty solid especially their game choices alone can make you go back. Payment options are hassle free. Platform design is pretty simple but easy to work your way around it.
I use to spend my BTC earnings with this casino as well.

Bitcasino is definitely one of the best casino sites that you can play. As a Bitcoin-first site, I can praise the easy transactions made on this site.
What makes it even better is the number of games that you can play here without much hassle.

There are no issues here, but sometimes the games do need a little bit of time to load and run smoothly. This is why they need to take out the country specific bans and let people enjoy their time in playing on this site for a better gaming experience

Bitcasino is the best site I have ever played on. Never had any issues with how it works. Love the game selection and I appreciate how they have a loyalty program as well (which is worth checking).
I like that so much since I have been playing with them for quite some time already.

I think you know that an online casino is trusted if you know that if it's proven fair by the TST and part of the esteemed group of certified casinos. In terms of the overall experience with this casino you're pretty much getting a quality game experience, from a solid range of casino games, betting, esports and smooth transactions along with a great chat support that offers an email service.

I know that there are fees set out by this casino but be mindful for those who are starting out, there are additional deposit fees upon using some payment methods.

In my opinion Bitcasino is among those online casino whom which are most reputable.
They have a great selection of casino games, even betting options along with venturing to esports as well. A casino that also supports cryptocurrencies, and overall you will have a great experience with this site.

As a Bitcoin user, I really enjoy playing here at Bitcasino because of the games they have. Amazing titles and providers, Also appreciate how they have betting options on the site as well. I think it makes it more fun. Also appreciate the simple interface that makes it easy to navigate.

At first, I got a bit shocked about the deposit fees coz' I don't know about it. Now, it's fine because the site is great, so it's like paying them for their amazing service.

Bitcasino is clearly one of the top sites that offer Bitcoin (and other cryptos) as a payment option, and that is clearly what they have been boasting from the start, which is why they also deserve a nine from me thanks to that fast transaction by Bitcoin’s technology as well.

I really love playing at Bitcasino because I always have a great time playing there. They've also had a great selection of slots and live dealer games which I am fond of. I think it is also amazing how they have a downloadable app which is mobile friendly and instant play.

Hmm, I think they can still work on adding some more deposit options when it comes to fiat. That will be more convenient. Also I think adding poker games will bring in more players.

All of the games in Bitcasino are amazing and could have worked enough to make me come back. Apparently, they went the extra mile with the bonuses. Weekly promotions, loyalty bonuses, VIP games, and more are so exciting. Everything here is built to make me satisfied.

Straightforward casino. Very legitimate and if I am not mistaken Bitcasino has been in the game for a long time now. Fast deposits and withdrawals. Great selection of games, it caters to well-known providers so you'll know you'll have a quality experience. Numerous bonuses and rewards.

Not a major issue but It's a slight downside, is having a few rewards with the loyalty program and a VIP reset every month which is not very practical.

Love playing on Bitcasino.io and overall it is a fun experience and a licensed Bitcoin casino. They have a lot of variety when it comes to games and it's great that they're crypto friendly. The site works so smoothly and transactions always work great. Not to mention, they also have a great VIP program.

No major issues but if I were to be picky, I would love to see them improve more on their welcome bonus and offers. I do hope that they'll take this into consideration.

Bitcasino.io has everything covered from the start with great welcome bonuses and amazing loyalty program. And being an esports fan it is a good factor that they have a platform for esports, which makes it more modern than other casinos out there.

Bitcasino is a legit gambling site. It has tons of games which gives you variety, all of the new and even classic games are available. I've been playing here since late of last year. Transactions are smooth and relatively fast which give you transparency from the casino especially bitcasino caters to crypto. Also they have great chat support, tons of bonuses and free spins.

One of the go's when it comes to online casinos. Tons of games, Great offers and tons of bonuses from live casinos, giveaways, free spins and cashback rewards.
Very user friendly layout the site is simple but it just has a lot to offer.

As for me I haven't had any major problems with Bitcasino. They've already established themselves but if I were to pick one or two, I have to say that there is no welcome bonus. and no specific theme.

Bitcasino offers the definitive gambling experience I can ever ask for as a crypto user. Bitcoin gaming is best done with its rewarding loyalty bonus, amazing selection of games, and fun markets at the esports betting page (odds are actually that accurate tbh).
Customer service is also responsive as well as helpful.

There is no other casino I can compare Bitcasino with. It has the best selection of games and engaging esports betting page for EG fans like me. I also think the bonuses could be better, but the loyalty bonus is too good to admit that they lack.

Other than the loyalty bonus, the weekly bonus isn’t very rewarding. Game of the Week could use a higher reward and requirement to encourage high roller action.

Bitcasino has almost everything I can ever ask for in a crypto betting site.
They have volatile slots, fast-paced live table games, and long-term loyalty rewards for existing players. They also have great weekly bonuses.
I enjoy the game of the week.

Bitcasino is indeed one of the best sites I have ever played on. That’s thanks to their improved set of games and easy access to their chat support and customer service needs, the makings of a perfect casino gaming experience that we all want too.

There isn’t much of a downside here at Bitcasino. Most of their services are reliable and we can even see a lot of changes over the years as they have added easily to get bonuses that will surely lure more bettors to play on the site for more time too.

Bitcasino.io's emphasis on cryptocurrencies is exactly what I need in the current state of the Bitcoin market. Using Paxful helps to help me buy the betting funds I need and start playing immediately.

There really isn't much that I could say that is a problem except maybe clarifying what it takes to become a VIP. I am aiming to get an invitation, that's why I'm a high roller, but it would be nice if I could become a VIP as soon as possible.

Bitcasino.io is the type of gambling site that just keeps giving even after it hooks you in. It comes with all of the quality of life features that makes my sessions feel so seamless with its great payment methods and fun bonuses.

I can say that Bitcasino has outdone their selves with more focus on customer service in the past few months. This is the reason why they are seen as a top-tier casino by most experts as they rise in the number of games and satisfy players as well.

I see no flaws for Bitcasino since they have done a great job to keep their work flawless. On top of that, the list of big games that they have provided for a lot of bettors has also grown so much at this point that they keep on making big strides.

Bitcasino is really showing how it’s not only the first but also the best bitcoin gambling site. Every game I played in the featured lists is amazing and the Bombay Club has to be the most amazing series of live games I have ever encountered.

The promotions page gets updated occasionally, replacing everything with a new set of bonuses. I wish at least one or two would remain consistent so there’s something I can plan with. It’s not really a complaint, just a personal request.

Hands down the best Bitcoin gambling site in the internet. It has fun games, great loyalty program, and a very enticing VIP program. What's even more exciting is Bitcasino's new partnerships in 2022 that openned a lot of exciting new bonuses that I have never experienced in any gambling site. They are definitely leading the crypto gambling industry and I'm happy to be benefiting as a customer.

Crypto payments, including popular payment methods, are available, and you can also deposit in various currencies of your choice. Lots of cryptos to choose from.

The casino is ok, but there is no point in writing what I like with a 1 rating. If I can write something positive it is that you should play at Bitstarz instead.

Customer "service". They waterboarded me for 6 days to get 220€ out. I deposited and wanted to test the "instant withdrawal" claim. First my withdrawal was declined 3 times without any message or explanation. After contacting chat they gave me the security email and told me to send an email. I did, and 3 days later no reply. I came back to chat to ask again, as there was no reply. Agent told me that I can withdraw now. I tried and again, the withdrawal was pending for 30 minutes and was declined. Came back to chat again, again got a message to contact security email which I did and there was no reply AGAIN. Just ridiculous behaviour, chat is useless, you can replace them with bots if they can't give any reasonable information. 2 emails from security team not replied at all. All of a sudden my withdrawal was processed, I just kept requesting it over and over again. In the end, I have no idea what happened, why have I contacted their security email as they didn't reply anything and the chat support couldn't give me any information. Closed my account for good, there are FAR BETTER casinos that value all of their customers equaly.
