My withdrawal was placed on July 28, 2026, of INR 7,996 at 4.58 pm Indian time;

They told me that the payment provider is responsible for the payment to my account, and we have succeeded in processing it to the payment provider, but it's July 31 1.40 pm now; still no amount credited to my bank.

I also submitted my bank statement to them.

Hi, played here a lot, made a lot of withdrawals, and deposits.

One day with one spin, I won 218k euros.

When I tried to start a withdrawal, the casino asked for KYC, asking for a lot of documents. It was passed. They confirmed it, saying that they will apply limits for withdrawals: 10k per day, 40k per week, 100k per month. This was in March.

In April, I received only about 65000 euros. on May = 0. on June = 0.

After winning 4500 on 13th of February with my own money, I withdrew 6000 Tron (approximately 1200 euro) which was approved within 10 min. After trying to contact live chat, I wanted to know why my free bet winnings were taken away and what rule I had broken. I received the same response as in the email, or that I couldn't say more. The email also didn't answer my question about what rule I had broken or why the winnings were taken away.
