Worst customer service ever. I have tried 6 online gambling sites, betway is the worst. They are not answering my calls and email. One of the vip customers service was very rude.
They request many documents. I have provided them with my passport, id, driving licence and bank statement. Every time they were saying that the documents unclear and blurry. After many attempts they verify my account. I have deposited around 40000 dollars without any difficulties. However, when I tried to withdraw my winning money they ask me for more strange documents regarding my salary and job, they hold my winnings.

Last days I read a lot of negative comments that they are fake, that they keep peoples money without reason, that they slow down the withdraws and things like that, I am not telling that the people who saying this lying but my experience with bet way is completely different. I made two withdraws in the last week 1st 1830 second 6100 they keep my withdraws 24 hours to be reversible then they paid the money notify me with email and after 2 days the money was in my account that was for both withdraws.
