Betway used to be my favorite online casino. Beautiful screen images; lots of interesting games; smooth and fluid programs; decent wins possible; mostly, very fast withdrawal processing. But now... (see below)

The casino seems to be trying a new version of its online interface which, compared with the old one, lacks of many my favorite slots, and blocks some others without reason. The screen color is ugly, the whole program is buggy (you can get an error message even when clicking on Bank button!). No result after having chatted with casino staff. Very sad! Looking forward to its improvement.

They had a very straightforward layout on the website. They also processed my withdrawl via interac hassle-free. For these reasons I will consider using them again although other reviews and their poor online support have me hesitant.

The only way to get help seems to be via online chat and it's seemingly intentionally slow and clunky. I signed up for the deposit bonus and didn't read the terms closely which is on me. I made my first bet, won, and then saw that it's done 50/50 (bonus / my bankroll). To unlock my bonus I needed to wager roughly 25 times my deposit and I didn't want that so I contatced support to ask them to waive my bonus. They were so slow and bad I just decided to cash out. I was concerned about cashing out given other feedback on here about how slow it is so I wanted to get that started. It took roughly 5 days for $265 after having won a $30 wager - no issue at all in my opinion. I'll consider using Betway again - just not with a bonus.

Very fast withdrawals I have used many many online casinos and this is by far the fastest I’ve ever seen, same day go into bank account even on weekends. Which is rare in my book. Good selection of slots and live games.

Odds aren't below the usual norm, and this is very easily compensated with the promotions they're always running on the sportsbook. The casino, while I very rarely use it does have a wide variety of games.

Long wait time for withdrawals and a very bad payment tracker that can't be depended on to store the right withdrawal information in their system. The casino will never take responsibility for their fault and will openly lie to your face on the customer chat when you have proof that they are.

Imo solid casino with good bonus (I like the flexi bonus), managed to get big cashout after wagering their welcome bonus, and they paid it fairly quickly (3 business days)

For the brief time I was able to bet, the app seemed pretty good. The odds are solid and the prop bets are plentiful. In game action seemed pretty good.

I signed up, placed 3 bets on day 1, then my account was restricted. I was permitted to bet up to $7.32 on any one bet.

Customer service says that accounts are reviewed periodically, “senior traders” can restrict accounts, their decisions are final, and no one gets to know why. While the restriction is idiotic, the fact that there’s no communication about the restriction is annoying. It feels like a scam - while they told me my sports betting was restricted, I was free to play their casino games. Thanks but no thanks. Going to cash out and delete the app. Too bad, seemed promising.

I have been their customer for years. I have always got my payments, (after waiting a few days). I haven’t won anything major, tho. Their live betting is amazing. It’s easy and fast to make a deposit and withdrawal request.

It can be sometimes as much as 2-3 days. If you’re having a bad moment; you might end up reversing it and gambling it away. Has happened to me also. Its one of the worst online casino i have ever used. They are quick to take deposits but not quick to sort out withdrawal!!! Ridiculous!!it took them over 2 days to process my withdrawal and when i spoke to customer service on chat they weren’t very helpful nor did they genuinely wanted to help with my query.

Worst customer service ever. I have tried 6 online gambling sites, betway is the worst. They are not answering my calls and email. One of the vip customers service was very rude.

They request many documents. I have provided them with my passport, id, driving licence and bank statement. Every time they were saying that the documents unclear and blurry. After many attempts they verify my account. I have deposited around 40000 dollars without any difficulties. However, when I tried to withdraw my winning money they ask me for more strange documents regarding my salary and job, they hold my winnings.

Awful customer service from Betway. Expecting you to be able to look in to the future and to know that if you use the space bar on a certain game it maxbets the spin. Live chat was telling me it was my responsibility and I should of known. Betway must know more about my psychic powers then I do. Very slow withdraw times for a big company compered to others.

Lately I wouldn't have bonuses available even I was on silver tier and deposited around 200 EUR every week. I went to live chat and they told me operation team have removed me from getting any bonuses or free bets. No explanation given. I closed my account. The games and lay out of the site are good the problems only start when you win and try lifting your winnings, then the drama begins! Payments are delayed especially for those with a history of reversing withdrawals. They advertise 24 to 48hrs take this with a very large pinch of salt, and don't be trusting those five star reviews you read about Betway either as they actually admit paying customers a £10 bonus for favorable published reviews which in its self is undermining the point of a players review forum.

Hi. I want to share with you my view for Bet way. Last days I read a lot of negative comments that they are fake, that they keep peoples money without reason, that they slow down the withdraws and things like that, I am not telling that the people who saying this lying but my experience with bet way is completely different. I made two withdraws in the last week 1st 1830 second 6100 they keep my withdraws 24 hours to be reversible then they paid the money notify me with email and after 2 days the money was in my account that was for both withdraws. Not even a small problem very correct very quick withdraws and that was big amounts of money. So I give them deservedly 10.

Nice layout of Games. Had a couple of big wins and my payouts were all hassle free. The first one always takes a little longer but then it was around a three day process.

I have closed this account because of recent changes they have made to bonuses they offer their customers. I have deposited $15000 plus over the last two years and was gold status when I closed my account. They use to offer good bonuses but now I just keep getting a generic message saying customer services don't offer bonuses please check current promotions on the website.

I don't understand why these sites offer big bonuses to people to join up but choose not to look after their regular high spending customers?

Watch out if you have any money on account at all when you get a bonus, they use and tie up your entire cash balance until you complete wagering and it's impossible to cancel the bonus. So my betting exp on betway by far is quite good. I registered on betway after closed my acc on betfair because of their ignorant and support (still using acc on bet365 sometimes).

Unfortunately, I couldn't play any games or open the bank section because of a technical error (ApplicationID not found). I asked support for solution, despite of their devoted emails and chats, nothing helped. After that I found the bug by myself, fixed it and explained what happened to them (it is not from the client side, if any 1 encounters the same issue, just change your password so that it doesn't contain any special characters).

I ended up given 2 promos from the support. Deposited 50€ in to play some live bj (no more playboy bj on betway) and jackpot deuces. Guess what, when I only have 10 or 15 on my balance, I won a natural royal flush for 4000€! Played some more (300€ wagering on sports) to cash out.

It took 1 day waiting for the reversal time, 1 day to process and 1 day for the money to appear in my bank account (Finland). The most valuable quality of betway is its support system (Finnish supports communicate in English). I would say they are extremely adorable. All the support I talked to via live chat or email, they are all generous, responsible and helpful. It is a 11/10 for support!
