The need for keying a code was only mentioned in the promotional terms and conditions on the website, not in the promotional email that I had received! Whose error was that?! Furthermore, I had clicked to take up the offer directly from the link provided in that promotional email. Should I be penalized for this 'no-code' error at all?! No 25 free spins, no big deal to me, but the quality of casino support that I had received has so much more to be desired, to say the least!

It is very simple, when you send money to them or received money from them, you can check from whom this money, and each time there is listed same company, something like MT trade limited or something very similar to this name.
