This is not the worst online casino you will find but they are a long way from being the best. They have mucked me about so many times when it comes to withdrawals that I cannot be bothered to play. I am sibi malayil... Betsafe.com is a good company. I deposit 70 canadian dollar, it become 16500 in one day and I requested 3500 withdrawal, after 4 hours they send message need to verify account. I said its already verified they said need to verify my deposit method. I did but after few minutes betsafe sent message unable to verify try again. This time it approved and withdrawal went through, same day evening I withdrew another 15000 and it approved in 4 hours. I got money in 5 days on my bank account.

I'm so much disappointed from this site,that can't be worst. I made a deposit in casino section, they gave me the bonus and after this start to play. I turned the bonus like 40 times and had at the end 1300 from 100 with 100 bonus. Next day they just took me the money , because of Conditions (u must not play more than 6 $ for a bet). What kind of bullshit is this and they lie , because this condition it's not in your bonus section, it's somewhere else in general conditions and when u make a deposit , u can't see it . I ve played in a lot of sites ,but something like this never happened. Never play here!!! They are big Liers!!!

Initially everything seemed fine live chat was quick and they helped me with a few issues & depositing was easy (isn't it always).

After verifying my account within 6 hours of opening my account I received a message saying further verification was needed which I supplied but I couldn't continue playing so I logged out, attempting to enter my account later that day i found I was locked out so contacted "live support", the only explanation I received was "you cannot play from your jurisdiction" which in fact was incorrect. I had over £270 in winnings and said if you are not going to let me play immediately return my deposits of £50, I had heard nothing the following day so contacted them again (yet another new operator) and after looking into my account said I couldn't play because of the jurisdiction issue but they were going to send my deposits back which would take 1 to 5 days.

Either nobody at Betsafe casino has any clue regarding geographical locations or they don't like people winning take your pick but I would advise everybody to steer well clear of this lot as I would many of these so called online operators.

I have put in a complaint to IBAS despite having deposits returned and have also contacted their CEO, I will post the results when available.

- Worst customer support I've ever experienced. The only thing they can do is forward the inquiry to the 'relevant' department. Takes at least 3(72 hours) up to 5 (120 hours) days to get an initial answer. Support provides false information about timeframes for example.

- The promotion themselves are fine. However, they will stall payout even when they state something else in the T&C of the promotion. Participated in 2 promos as of now. The first one said; prizes would be paid out immediately. While it took 2 full days (48 hours) after I contacted CS myself about it. On the other, it would be at a certain date and time (1 Nov 16.00 CET in this case). Already 3 full days (72 hours) have passed since the deadline of the payout and still counting. Had to contact CS myself too, to get this case rolling.

With great CS and keeping promises; this would be a 10/10 for sure.

This casino is part of the hugely respected Betsson group who have an enormous following particular amongst gamers in Scandinavia and wider Europe. Like a previous reviewer stated, I have joined enough online casino's to tell the good from the bad. My experience with Betsafe has been a good one. Nice selection of games, good customer service and verification of documents was completed quickly. I submitted them late one evening and in the morning when logging in my profile showed they were all authorized. Payout was quick, email confirmation to tell me it was authorized and on its way and was in my account in a couple of days.

I contacted support however they couldn't find anything at claimed everything was bon order and I really lost 50€ in 8 minutes at 0,50€ a spin.

When I first joined the casino I informed them that I have a spare bankroll of $1k/week average set aside for NetEnt Casinos as I deposit about $2k at MGs.
