A casino that does not protect players, with a system to close your account for gambling addiction problems that requires you to request, fill out and submit a form to unsubscribe (with no option to choose permanent closure) and that also asks you not to perform any activity on your account during the 15 days it takes to process the unsubscription, as doing so will result in the closure being revoked.
Because of this lack of ethics of the casino, I was allowed to deposit more than 3000 euros despite having requested the closure of my account. And Betospin refused to refund my deposited money after I requested such a closure, even though AskGamblers casino found it reasonable to partially refund my deposits.
In addition, this casino operates in Spain without a license to do so. Terrible attitude of its workers, terrible treatment of the user.
