This casino was a nice one. I have never heard about it, but the interface, the range of games and the support were appealing.

Or it was my luck - I have won 400$!

Nothing good or positive to say about this casino, just stay away from it, you will lose it all, just read down my review and you will know why.

I have never wrote something negative about any casino, but this one is the worst online casinos of all time, and this is my worst and terrible experience.

It began when I noticed betcart was noted at AskGamblers 7.25, "I sincerely don't know on what basis it was rated like this, in my opinion this casino doesn't deserve 0.1", so I joined it, I took a look at their promotion page and find that it offered a deposit bonus 200% with code mania, I made my first deposit of 21 with the code, and no bonus was credited to my balance.

I tried to contact the online chat, it wasn't available "means no live chat to resolve your problems", so I sent a message hoping to get an answer, and without any answer from the support I decided to play with this deposit, since there was nobody to resolve the problem, I opened the break da bank again slot, and that was the hell, every spin took about 20 seconds, and every 5 spins the game crashed with an error message that ask to contact support, and the worst still yet to come when I was disconnected and logged off from all the website with the slot closed every 20 minutes, and I had to logged in again and again "about 4 times in less than 1h30", even when I got a free spin bonus in progress, so I managed to lose all my balance as soon as possible to avoid having to endure their stupidity, and I tell you frankly, if you want to spend the worst moment of your existence, play at this casino, and I ask the AskGamblers team to re-review the rate they give to this casino, I played on most online casino, but I have never experienced such a disagrement with this degree of anger, just an advise to all the gamblers, stay away from this casino, you won't lose only your money, but your time, your patience and your mood too.

Betcart casino is one of the newly added casinos to AskGamblers and after taking a quick look at them on the askgamblers review, they interested me. There were two exciting things about this casino for me- one was the fact that they are powered by Microgaming, Netent and Playtech and few other softwares, but the first three used to be my all time favorite combination. And the second reason was the promotions they offer, especially I was interested in their 200% slots mania bonus.

Right before registering, I decided to take a closer look at the terms for the bonuses they run. And then something very frustrating happened, I noticed that there were three types of rollovers.For standard countries the wager was 40x deposit + bonus, which frankly for my eyes seems way too much for a bonus. 40x bonus amount would be good, but I don't understand why you need to wager your deposit as well.

Then there were certain countries that could take the same offer and wager it 60x. but my surprise was when I saw that my country along with few others was listed as those who need to wager deposit and bonus 100x. At first I though it was an April's joke, I haven't seen anything so absurd in a very long time. If I would take the bonus with minimum deposit of 20€, I would need to wager 6000€. It really made me upset because I don't think that is fair that some countries can have lower wager while others have ridiculously high wagering.

I did contact their support to see why it is so. They were offline so I sent them a message to which I never received any answer. Although I could play at this casino, which I would do only bonus free because such large wager could be nearly impossible to meet, I decided to not have any further experience there. I play at casinos who value their players and treat them the same way, including having the same terms for everyone, which I can't say about my experience here. I can only say that their casino looked nice and the game selection seemed wide, but I would recommend to read their terms carefully. I've never experienced such situation when my country has such different wager than others, so I am glad I checked that before putting my funds there.
