Since betboo Casino has met the high standards required of the London Stock Exchange, it should come as no surprise that their customer support is fantastic. On their support page, you can access live chat at any hour of any day, getting you in contact with a helpful employee within seconds. You can also use their contact form or their email address if you do not mind waiting for an email response. Very few casinos make getting in touch with a customer representative as easy as betboo Casino does.
Security and Fairness
betboo Casino understands that you need the highest level of protection to keep your data safe. As such, they have installed SSL encryption throughout their network. This means that if a stranger gains access to the stream when you send your information, they will be completely unable to read it. Of course, once your information arrives on the betboo Casino servers, it is secured with an industry-standard firewall.
Those who are concerned about game fairness have absolutely nothing to worry about. NetEnt software itself has been certified by TST continually, meaning that the games results are generated using a truly random number generator that mimics natural odds. Although betboo Casino does not post a report of its own, this proof from NetEnt itself is sufficient to earn them a spot on the London Stock Exchange and maintain their license.
Now i know the reason why the players don't want write review to this casino. Honestly Betboo casino have very bad service. I am very thankful because i only deposited $50 to this casino and i didn't have some trouble for the that first deposit!
When i visited their casino i only knew that they offer a deposit bonus and a live games like the other top casino i didn't expect any problem that i will encounter to their casino. At first the casino seems very reliable and you don't find any problem to their casino so i registered i deposited the specific amount that i said and claim their sign up bonus. Okay but before submitting any bonus to betboo the right to request documents to verify the identity of the customer is needed. So i passed my document and they verified it after that annoying verification the bonus is credited to my account. I thought when it's credited it was optimal but sadly it's not.
When i play their games, the NetEnt games and i won and doubled what i deposited then i didn't stopped their i continue playing after some days i finished the wagering requirements. I am ready to get my money and the verification is don't needed because i passed it before i get there bonus but the after i did the withdrawal some error appear and said that i needed to check my account because the wagering process is not yet finish. I shocked because i finished the wagering and it's excessive!
I contacted their support and tell the problem they said that they don't know how does it happen and said that i needed to contact their technical department and i email them and said the problem. Two days later the they reply and said the it's because of technical difficulties then i asked if i am able to make the withdrawal and they said that yes i can. The withdrawal takes 4-5 days! That's very slow and i promise that i will not come back again to avoid the problem again.
