Page 8 – Player Reviews for Betandyou Casino

I appreciate the regular game updates on Betandyou; it keeps things fresh. However, I do agree that the support team needs a revamp. Some responses are too slow. Overall, it's a good site.

Damn, I signed up for the platform last week on the advice of a friend. I like the variety of games, but what makes me especially happy is the different bonuses. I don't really know much about such platforms, but so far I've only had positive experiences with them.

It's perfect works on my laptop, but on phone (Samsung S8) it sometimes has problems. Please optimize the platform for the phone..... I didn't notice any more problems.

I don't know why anyone here is complaining about customer service. Guys, I had a problem with my bank, these guys helped me with everything to get my money.. Thanks!!!!

I really like this platform, because everything is immediately clear. And everything seems to be fair. I have already withdrawn money three times and I am pleased that there is no fraud or any commissions. I like Betandyou, I even recommend to my friends.

I really like this platform because everything is immediately clear. I didn't have to read any instructions or ask for help. And everything seems to be honest. I have already withdrawn money three times in two months, I have not had any commissions or fraud, as some comments say. Yes, the documents were checked long enough, I waited for about one day, but I played on many platforms and this is a normal check time.

It's a normal platform to play, there are interesting and nice bonuses, but the set of games is usual. It would be nice if the administration would see this review and add more games and make more varied content. I'll put 10 stars when they add more variety to the games.

Good odds and sports. But the support is very very weak. They didn't help me any time. So sad to write this, but is the true. They should improve their support.

2 weeks ago I requested a withdrawal of 9 thousand reais on the website through an instant payment method. So far the money has not been paid and the website just tells me to wait, the case has been sent to specialists, but they do not give me any deadline for resolution and my money has been stuck for more than 14 days, even though it should have been paid in a timely manner. instant.

I've been playing for a week. Haven't noticed any major problems yet. But I would like to ask the company to speed up the processing time as I have been waiting for a couple hours. It's fine, but I would like it to be faster. Otherwise, everything is cool, keep playing.

Improve overall site speed. Sometimes it slows down and it's annoying when you're excited. It would also be great if the response time of the support service was a maximum of 20-40 minutes, sometimes I wait more than an hour. These are not critical problems, but it will be nice if they are fixed.

I've been playing on this platform for a year now. Everything is ok.
It would be great if support worked a little faster, but these are minor things, I just don’t like waiting, because time is money :)
To be honest, I miss some additional bonuses for those who have been playing for a long time... I'm sure, we will be happy.

I think that BetAndYou is not a bad bookmaker. The site is fast and there are no loading issues.
I like that now the support service has become faster. I used to wait for hour and more, but now it takes 10-20 minutes on average. It's still a long time, but it's better than it was. It's good that they are improving the platform, although not as fast as I would like.
Make more different games and speed up customer service. A 15 minute wait for a response is a long time too..

Good selection of online games, I play often and have not had any problems so far.
Active chat support in case of withdrawal problems.
Nice bonuses, tournaments from different providers are often held with good perks for active players

I wish they had taken more time to respond to emails, maybe hired more people, sometimes responses take 24 hours to arrive. I don't know if there is such a thing. but it would be cool to have a separate support for active players who have been playing for a long time and often to prioritize their requests.

This is a great betting company Betandyou. I've been using it for a long time and I really like it. The interface is very clear and convenient. There are many different bonuses and prizes. A large selection of games, everyone will find something for themselves. I advise everyone to take a closer look at this office, you will not regret it. I definitely recommend it.

Casino Betandyou for you. This bookmaker is an excellent choice for both beginners and experienced players. The casino gives good bonuses. Withdrawals are instant and at any time.

I have no complaints about this bookmaker's office. As an online casino, everything suits me. Only the staff is sometimes rude, but everything is generally fine.

Good bookmaker. Excellent bonuses and promotions, a large selection of the best games from well-known providers. Easy to withdraw money. Technical support responds quickly and clearly resolves the issues that have arisen.

Good payment options, decent amount of games to choose from.
If I were a sports betting person I can imagine there is good news in having both casino and sports betting available.

After dealing with casino games that kept kicking me out and a long period of dead spins I decided to close my account. There are no responsible gaming options or such available without contacting chat. Joan on chat was not friendly at all. It took ten minutes for her to finally give me an email contact to request to close my account IF I provide my driver's license and explain myself.
These casinos that operate like this should be shut down. I have the right to close my account without justifying it. Period. Ugh.

Fast withdrawals when they let you withdraw. Was playing without problems for a few months until they lowered all my odds, I had decent odds and just because I won 2 or 3 bets they started lowering my odds and taking my money away when I played their slots and games.

Awful bookie, was using it for a few months without problems, and out of nowhere started to have many problems, customer service is awful, you only talk to Bots/low-quality AI, asked to shut down my account, and they took several days to respond, and when they did they said they wouldn't do it, they would only do it for a few days because they want to steal my money... They do not let players auto-exclude, which is a serious RG offense, I have a friend that was a compulsive gambler, who finally got help, and asked to auto-exclude and they didn't let him because he was spending thousands on this bad website. He is looking to take legal action against this bookie. Their games are rigged, I was betting 1-5€, and it suddenly started charging 50€ without me knowing and took all of my money without me noticing it. Do not play here!

A great betting company, I use it periodically. I like everything very much. The interface is clear and simple. The support service is working well. There are no problems with the withdrawal of funds, everything happens quickly and efficiently. I recommend.

I have been using this bookmaker for several days already, it is a good bookmaker with favorable conditions, bonuses and promotions.
Active support and fast registration impressed me. I plan to continue using this betting company to earn money.

This betting company in general satisfied me and can not find anything negative.
This company has good functionality and looks worse compared to others, so I didn’t find any negative points.

I've been playing for a few months now and the games I'm interested in - Transactions are fast, support is responsive and the bonuses are ok - love that they have an online casino and sports betting on the same site.

I'm playing B&Y casino for a long time, never had problems with withdrawals or customer support.
They have a wide selection of games, excellent customer service and fast payouts.
The casino is generous and solid, has a good reputation!

Nice bonuses for the games, a lot of my favorites. There were losses, but and wins and withdrawal problems were not observed. Anyway, that's how it is, so far so good.

I play for a few months, and in the games that I am interested. I have not observed any problems. Let's see how it will be further, that I won without any problems.

Do not play on this site, if you want to lose your money, register on it.

I am really shocked by the behavior of this fraudulent site. I registered in it a few days ago, deposited an amount and started betting. I lost some games and won some games. They paid the small amounts, but when I won the high amount, they refused to pay and asked me for identification documents. I did all the steps to verify my account, and they told me in response that:"Your data is under verification now. You will receive the answer in the nearest time." But after a few hours they All my winnings were removed from my account. Isn't this a scam? Do you have to be a loser only on this site?

My Account ID is: < content removed >

Fast deposit and then fast withdrawal too.

But to be honest I'm very very bad luck in this casino. If I count maybe 7-8 times I'm deposit without winning anything. Why I said fast withdrawal but I'm saying without winning. That story is I'm deposit 20$ I'm get win just 10$ so my amount 30$.and then I'm trying to gamble my luck from my winning 10$ Boom nothing bonus or free spin lol.so I'm just withdraw same amount I'm deposit just 20$ so never single time win slot LOL.
Don't know maybe that is my last deposit and last withdraw.

Correct me if I'm wrong, in years ago I remember this casino have provider elk studios. But right now elk is gone.

And then too many provider can accept my currency so my currency must adjust to dollar/euro.
In fact my currency has get beaten with that currency so it's very very loss if I keep playing. LOL

BetAndYou is trying to do a lot of things. It’s a casino, a sports betting site, and a lottery site. As far as services goes, I think it’s rather fine at how it handles things. Transactions are fast, support is responsive, and the bonuses are fine.

‘Fine’ is the operative word because I don’t think BetAndYou is exceptional. Besides the excessive use of stock images, I think their bonuses are pretty standard rather than enticing. The selection of games isn't new, either.
