Take advantage of errors on their system to steal your money
Void winning bets because " there was an error " when there wasnt any
Winnings from a malfunction of a bet or game are withdrawn,but Losses from an error in the server are not replaced or refunded.
Casino does not respect their guidelines for Limiting accounts and or blocking, taking advantage of players. When asking to place limits to control our losses, they say its not possible or they won't do it. Ilegal practices from them.

Good odds and games. The page has a good layout, but when the problems start to happen you'll forget about that and see that things are not that cool

The site promises a lot but doesn't deliver.. stars with the tools, they say it has tools for responsible gambling but doesn't have even a deposit limit tool.

The worst situation for me stated with the withdraw. I request a withdraw for a very small size of money, gave my document number and account information, and it turned fastly approved. Than stated the real problem and the headache. In the withdraw page it also gives you a "link" to release the withdraw after approvement (never saw that before). When i click on the link, it says that informations was not confirmed. I asked the support, they said it was approved, so i needed to wait. Im waiting for a week and nothing about it.

So today i call the support asking for they to cancell the withdraw, and they said they cant do it. The support cant do nothing, no help, no action, nothing. I really think that are clear evidences that i lost that money and i ll not be able to recover it.

So what i can say for you guys: run away from this casino. They dont give tools and the support is powerless. If you guys have some problem, they probabily will not help. If you guys want a safe place to put your money, i dont think this place is the better one.
