Page 4 – Player Reviews for Betandyou Casino

The casino is great with alot of games available to play. I love the customer service which is readily available. I love to play aviator game and sweet bonanza slot.

The casino bonuses in betandyou have high wagering requirements and the wagering is from real funds which I dislike. There are also no cashback promotions for sportsbook section.

Betandyou is a fantastic site. I have been playing on this site for the past few years. The cashback back facility is good. Customer service is very responsive and solves issues in time. The withdrawal and deposit are instant. Betandyou offers a huge variety of all sports and casino games including live casino and slots. I used to play all the games and won many times. I recommend all to play on this fabulous site. Thanks to Betandyou.

I had played Betandyou for several years. They do not give no deposit bonuses . They offer only bonuses with deposits .And the bonuses ratio is less in promotions.

In my opinion the site works well, including a good casino.
The odds are good and competitive, which is why I've been betting here for some time. I can deposit money and withdraw it quickly and efficiently, which is also a good point in its favour.

With regard to the appearance of the website and the app, in my opinion there is a lot of room for improvement. I think that the brand image should be restructured for the year 2025.
I also think that they could do a lot better in terms of live support.

I like every slot machine and I play for while in that Casino. They offer very bónus for me to play. Chat support is very attentive to planeta and always helps us

I've been playing here for a couple of years and sometimes place bets. The site isn’t super well known but I guess that’s actually a good thing since it hasn't got too big and ruined yet. I like that I can quickly deposit money into my account and if I win I can withdraw it just as fast. I’ve got vip status here so I get extra bonuses and fewer restrictions which is definitely a plus

There are a few things I’m not like though. like the high wagering requirements on bonuses and the slow support. As a vip I expect a bit more attention from them so I’m docking a star for that. That’s it.

Great experience, I’ve won a few times. Process is smooth and the site’s really easy to figure out. No problems with deposits or withdrawals so far. Definitely recommend

Support can work better. It take time to reach out to them. On emaaaail. Who use mails this days lol. Fix that pls. Cant say anything else so far thanks

The platform has been a pleasant discovery for me, offering a well-rounded service. Regular updates and the addition of new features on BetAndYou have truly enhanced the gaming experience, making it more engaging and diverse. I’m particularly impressed with the quick and easy verification process, which adds to the convenience. The site’s navigation is also user-friendly, making it simple to explore and enjoy everything it has to offer.

The regular updates and the introduction of new features have completely changed the way I view gambling, making my experience on BetAndYou more engaging and varied. It’s been a pleasant surprise, as BetAndYou consistently provides excellent service. Even though there are occasional glitches, it hasn’t taken away from the overall great experience.

The platform offers an incredibly wide variety of markets, covering almost every sport and event imaginable. Registering is simple and fast, and the odds are quite competitive, which makes it seem like a good choice at first glance. If they could resolve the existing issues, this could easily become one of the best bookmakers on the market.

Unfortunately, the overall experience is highly frustrating. Payment processing takes far too long, and at times, withdrawals are not processed at all. Customer support is extremely slow and often unresponsive, offering no real assistance. Furthermore, after a few successful bets, the odds are sharply reduced, and they impose absurdly low betting limits of around €3-4 per bet. This makes the service incredibly disappointing and not worth the time or effort.

Sportsbook with many games and many slots. Many deposit options, it's sad high taxation on cryptocurrency users for deposit and withdrawal, and many problems are not resolved

High crypto tax, I deposit 300Usdt, I receive 275 Usdt. Bank transfer always finds problems. Theybsay transfer not arrive but my bank says Transfer arrive and they not credit my money. I play blackjack live many time, screen always freeze and you suddenly lose hand. You can't see the cards and you lose. Very shady. Looks like scam Casino. I will not use No more!

This casino offers Many slots to play and many many ways to deposit. But they have bad management, they take 5-10% of crypto deposits and withdraw, they say it's a system, but it's not true, it's a trick to steal money from crypto players.

They steal money from crypto players with deposit and withdrawal. They take high percentage every time .
Many complaints, they never resolve nothing. I deposit 5 times in last 10 day, I have 2 deposit missing. I call bank to send back money, because Betandyou casino say they can't help, but they have my money.
Very bad casino, not recommend.

Big selection of games, decent odds when you are losing money, high variety of slots.
Automated answers from AI customer service for the most simple questions

Terrible customer support, they do not help the player, they provide false information and feels like we are talking to a Bot.
They Decrease your odds when you are in profit, making you win less. They do not follow their terms of service, and they will not help you if you encounter a problem with the platform. Being a Curacao license, you will not get support or help if you are ever prejudiced by this company. They will just ignore you and say they don't care. Worst experience I ever had, many complaints made, and It never got better or they tried to make things right. Avoid at all costs.

Several methods of withdrawl
Big amount of games, but bad odds as they limit you and decrease your odds after you win 3-4 bets in a row. They basically only allow losers to have good odds.

Terrible customer support
Take advantage of errors on their system to steal your money
Void winning bets because " there was an error " when there wasnt any
Winnings from a malfunction of a bet or game are withdrawn, but Losses from an error in the server are not replaced or refunded.
Casino does not respect their guidelines for Limiting accounts and or blocking, taking advantage of players. When asking to place limits to control our losses, they say its not possible or they won't do it. Ilegal practices from them.

Good odds and games. The page has a good layout, but when the problems start to happen you'll forget about that and see that things are not that cool

The site promises a lot but doesn't deliver.. stars with the tools, they say it has tools for responsible gambling but doesn't have even a deposit limit tool.

The worst situation for me stated with the withdraw. I request a withdraw for a very small size of money, gave my document number and account information, and it turned fastly approved. Than stated the real problem and the headache. In the withdraw page it also gives you a "link" to release the withdraw after approvement (never saw that before). When i click on the link, it says that informations was not confirmed. I asked the support, they said it was approved, so i needed to wait. Im waiting for a week and nothing about it.

So today i call the support asking for they to cancell the withdraw, and they said they cant do it. The support cant do nothing, no help, no action, nothing. I really think that are clear evidences that i lost that money and i ll not be able to recover it.

So what i can say for you guys: run away from this casino. They dont give tools and the support is powerless. If you guys have some problem, they probabily will not help. If you guys want a safe place to put your money, i dont think this place is the better one.
