Bet365 Casino - Rejected withdrawal with no explanation

Hello, I had long chat with support but got only automatic reply, as they ask me to create new bank, because current one witch I used for deposits to casino and daily uses some why are not alright for them. I asked about alternative withdrawal methods, but chat just keeping auto answer please get new bank wire transfer details, and its impossible to do for me. I'm using official bank to receive my salary and pay taxes, as both credit cards are added to that bank iban witch used for deposit, I want to attach screenshots from chat and get help.

Bet365 Casino - Bet365 refuses to payout to my bank account

I made a deposit on bet365.nl using Revolut. No bonus no wagering nothing active. The moment I tried to withdraw, they told me I cannot make a withdrawal to a Revolut bank account it has to be a Dutch bank account they said. How is that even possible? I made the deposit with that bank account I should be able to withdraw to it, makes no sense at all. It's still even an option in the available deposit options and withdrawals.

Anyway, I told them I don't have an active Dutch bank account at the moment and my Revolut account is the only bank account I have. They refuse to pay out to that account, although I showed them ownership of the account, bank statements, and basically everything they needed.

I've been going back and forth with them through email for like 12 days now every day. Each day some other employee replies and gives me different answers, like You can use Paypal to withdraw that should work, I try it and they block my account and tell me that is not an option. The next day another employee says you can withdraw to any European bank account, just show us you are the owner and bank statements. I have another bank account that isn't Dutch, I try to withdraw to that by giving them all the info they need, but after giving it to them they refuse and tell me only a Dutch bank is allowed to withdraw to. They keep referring to their T&C which says absolutely nothing about that.

This just keeps going back and forth and I am sick of it, how can a casino act like this? I just want my money which I won fair and square. The account is now blocked for further gaming or activity, I can only log in. They even removed the block once tempting me to play again and lose the balance which failed, after that they blocked it again.

They keep saying only withdrawal to a Dutch account is possible, well I don't have one, so now what? I've never ever had this problem with any casino or betting company.

Bet365 Casino - Enhanced verification issue and delay

I've been having to go through the Enhanced Verification Process with Bet365 for the past week or so now.
At first, they claimed to have called me when in fact, that they didn't. (Please see my other complaint)

After a few days, they finally asked me to provide documents, which I did on Feb 23rd.
In the same e-mail, I've attached the time I want to be contacted as well.
This morning, Feb 26th (3 days after), they sent me an email from the same address, but a different thread (convenient), claiming that they never got an email from me with regards to the time.

They keep delaying the Enhanced Verification on purpose to try and withhold my funds and/or playing on their site for some reason.
The worst part is the way that they lie when I have all the proof.

In their first email to me, they claimed to have "called me" but when I confronted them via live chat about never receiving a phone call, they admitted to never having called me.

And now, they're saying that a time has never been set up. I am TIRED of their lies, and they are probably doing this to multiple people.
They NEED to be held accountable.

Bet365 Casino - Withdrawal problems

I made a withdrawal request 07/07/2020 I am still waiting for funds 24/07/2020 I have contacted live chat and customer service daily each time I'm told that bet365 appreciate my frustration and they will email me if they have an update I have contacted customer service through Resolver .com as I was unable to get a reply from complaints dept. This reason Bet365 says I haven't received any of my withdrawal is because there was a digit wrong on my bank account which I have used to deposit on my bet365 account and they have confirmed my details are correct that was done 11/07/20 each.time I contact customer support its the same response they can't trace my withdrawal yet but they are working on it when they receive my withdrawal they will contact me it's been 18 days now with no idea if a timescale just basically wait for Bet365 .They know I haven't received any of the withdrawal I just want an end to all this I feel that I'm being a nuisance to them but I also feel if I wait for them to contact me it won't be resolved

Bet365 Casino - Unable to verify account

I had my account suspended on Bet365 and for it to be reactivated, they asked me to send a code that I would receive by letter at my address. But I never received this letter. I requested that it be sent again several times and the letter never arrives. I'm waiting for more than a year. I also asked them to send a registered letter so that they could prove that the letter was sent, but Bet365 refused to do so. Bet365 simply does not send any letter and does not allow me to cash out my $3025.00.

I was playing on bet365 casino since 2-3 years now. all was perfectly fine. recently i also deposited again around 2000 euro and lost them during the casino games. then 2 weeks ago when I tried to log in into my bet365 casino account, i got told that my account is under suspension and i should contact the support. I contacted the live support 3 times since 2 weeks and every time they said that i will recieve a call next day from the apartment that is responsible for this case. Bet365 Casino - Suspended my account without a reason

Hello! Bet365 are totally ignorant in this case. They have suspended my account with my 900 € on it and they want to have copies of ALL used Paysafecards on my account. I have provided them with around half of them and they want all the other ones. They claim vendors can give me duplicates. That is impossible. Paysafecard customer service have told me that Paysafecard voucher is anonymous prepaid card and they sell thousands of them daily so its impossible to make a duplicate. I won 1000 € last month and I've deposited around 800 € a week ago and was making a steady profit. All of a sudden they suspended my account without a reason. Agents close live chat almost immediately saying they need picture of all Paysafecard vouchers. Since my last deposit on bet365 I've made bets for around 1200 € and gambled a lot. Under their terms&conditions you cannot find a sentence that you need to keep a single Paysafecard voucher, and they want them all. This is a total robbery by them. Please help me in this matter, you are the only one here who can help me. Otherwise I can say goodbye to my cash. I have to tell this also they have suspended my account without making a withdrawal request. They suspended it without a reason and requested all Paysafecard vouchers.

Bet365 Casino - Verification Issues

The evidence is damming please find attached the evidence of my mistreatment by casino bet365 The facts! Just to explain my situation. I am an australian who has just recently been transfered to the UK by the company i work for in Australia for 6 months. 1) On 24/03/2016 and 25/03/2016 i received emails stating that my account had been fully verified and there was nothing more that was needed in that regard. Please find a screen shot of the two emails as proof. 2) On 24/03/2016 i received an email from skrill advising me that funds were received in my moneybookers (Skrill Account) for 500 USD from bet365. So you processed my withdrawal to my skrill account. Please find this skrill email attached. 3) since the two emails on the 25th and 24th of April 2016 stating that my account was apparently fully verified and there is no further documents needed regarding verification with bet365 i have made ten deposits totalling $361.50 USD. The final transaction was a deposit of $35.00 USD on 1st April 2016 which is still sitting in my account right now. The reason for this is because when i went to log in the next day on the 2nd of April 2016 to play with those funds my login kept failing. I went straight to chat to see what was going on with my account and they told me that my account had restrictions on it and the opetator told me i would have received an email regarding this matter to which i never received the email. The chat operator continued to inform me that all of a sudden after the the two emails stating that my bet365 account had been fully verified and after bet365 had paid and processed a withdrawal of $500 USD plus ten further deposits via skrill totalling $361.50 including the $35.00 USD still sitting in my account that my account now was suspended pending a verification document that was all of a sudden needed. Bet365 required me to send in in a photo of another photographic ID other then the passport i had already sent in (to which i dont have and have never needed another) this time with me in the photo holding it up to prove that i am in fact the person who is sending in these docs. So i sent in a photo my passport with me in the photo holding it but that isnt good enough and im still unable to play my funds nor login to my account after emails informing bet365 that i dont have a second photographic ID. Now support is ignoring me and chat say they are not allowed to discuss this matter any further. So my $35.00 USD remains in my account im in UK and i cant get another photographic ID to satisfy Bet365s unreasonable demands until i go back to Australia. They are trully disgusting and unreasonable. When i asked them to just withdraw my $35 that is sitting in my account and close it down they told me that i can only withdraw the funds once a photo of a second form of photographic ID is sent to them with me in the photo holding the ID next to my face. When prompted regarding bet365 having processed a withdrawal just after my account had been fully verified although if im not verified now without this second form of ID then i mustnt have been verified when they processed my withdrawal. Then they stated that i had passed the necessary checks in regarding withdrawal. All of a sudden im not verified and i cannot make a withdrawal or access my funds yet nothing has changed on my part since the the two emails sent to me stating was fully verified and immediately following these emails had a withdrawal processed by bet365.

Bet365 Casino - Unreasonable Verification Requests!

Hi my name is thomas **** and I am 73 years old in june of this year...I currently hold a balance of 78gbp in my bet365 account..my account has subsequently been closed for verification purposes and was asked to send in ID documents..I sent in my Passport and then was asked to send in a picture of me holding my passport against my face which again I adhered to. but now 365 require a driving licence or national ID card ???? why they need another form of photo ID is beyond me !!! I have told them I do not drive and never have done...but there response to this was that the only way we could move forward with the verification of the account is if I apply for a driving licence !!! I am 72 years of age and I do NOT intend on applying for a driving licence for the first time at this time in my life...I have never heard of anything so ludicrous in my life and if this is how 365 treat there customers then they can keep the money as I will not be doing this ! for a 78 gbp balance that sort of verification is outrageous and just cannot understand why an institution would need more than one item of photo ID even though I have sent that ID in a picture against my face as well...I am not playing there silly games. Ask Gamblers can you please have a word with them and agree this is an outrage Thomas ****.

Used to be good and number 1 tho wide range of sports and in play still. Site seems to disappear or lag.

Their promotions began dwindling and lots of errors and after 10 years sad to see the decline. Customer service takes a while now and lack basics around their terms.

Bet 365 is my first casino and I adore it! There is an excellent collection of slots, and more importantly, the withdrawal processes are swift! Never had issues with verification, withdrawals or deposit! That’s all that matters.

Sometimes the connection makes the site lag and it’s really frustrating.

I am a Big fan of Bet365, I love the game section, the casino and Bingo I use to play Poker but I stop long time. I feel always lucky in this casino, I love the live support very friendly and always make you smile.

I've been a member for a long time doing exclusively sports-betting. They have a very nice site, works great on mobile and easy to navigate. Games and betting options are plentyful.

Have had no problems with withdrawals or deposits. Overall a good experience.

Their casino is lacking. Primarily the offering of slots is very limited in terms of the number of machines and variation of developers.

I joined the bet365 casino almost two years ago because they offered better odds than the hungarian offical sportsbook. The first time I used the sportsbooking only but later I tried the casino and the poker room too.

They have a lot playtech video slots what I really like. I opened the iron man and started to play on 50 cent bets. That machine gives me lot of fun because I get several nice win in a short period.

When I triggered the free rounds get 17 free rounds and 25 euro. From the free spins I collected about 80 euro so my balance went up to almost 100 euro within minutes. I left the video slot when I was in profit and waited a day to get the results of my bets.

Sadly my bets wasn’t successful so I only had that money what I won form the casino. I decided to not withdraw it and keep playing and betting form it. It was enough for weeks to play but at the end I lost it. I didn’t made any withdrawal there.

After making a negative review a while back regarding poor welcome bonus which I still think is misleading I would like to add since then been back site maybe 7 or 8 times and the games have all played well and been good selection. Think if u not tied into bonus with selective games then site worth a visit defo.

Welcome bonus where can only play select game so limited on what u can do. I would join and not accept any welcome bonus if had chance sign up on what I know no.
