Bet365 is a really old casino and you can really tell that by the general design of their website they mainly focus on sport and because of that there is so much more promotions for it than for casino which I don't find enjoyable and stopped depositing there a long time ago.

I never claimed any promotion for sport but did for casino their new player bonus that gives you 100% of your deposit and you have to wager it 15x and I must say that's the nice promotion and the only one that you should get.
The only good thing about bet365 for me is their poker app which I played quite a lot, yeah it has the old software but it didn't matter that much with the low amount of players in tournaments and such it was easier to get some nice wins, and they offer you 365e bonus for warm welcome but its tricky because you constantly have to keep playing in order to get it.

Last time I deposited was a couple of months ago and had no problems with it but when I submitted withdraw with the same option I deposited I waited over a week for my money and the worst thing is that it's not even some big amount it was like 50$ probably I wouldn't get my money for a longer period of time if I wasn;t persistent with spamming their support and asking them every day about the payment. Their verification system is normal as in many casinos sometimes they are just gonna ask for your passport picture or just passport and proof of address pictures and it's done relatively fast.

Site design is terrible especially Live Casino tab where they offer a couple of games and its not worth playing because they do not have providers with good games and such.
You have to transfer your funds like crazy if you want to play for an example If you have funds on sports you will have to transfer them to the casino to be able to play and it's so annoying , couple months ago I wanted to get some promotion and I opted about 20$ and when was about to claim it, I couldn't before submitting KYC once again somehow their support requested it even if I was fully registered.

I joined bet365 nine years ago. First, they ask all the papers right away which is very good. Then, no time lost with the withdrawal, they are all approved and in your account in a few hours, no exceptions. Bet365 charges high percent commission fees without any warning. I Lost $ 64 from my withdrawal $375. They doesn't take care about my problem.

I played and deposited a fair amount of credits I would love to play there but not after my account was weirdly blocked, no reason. They told me I have many accounts which I did not have.

They have really long verification process and everything was fine after I have done it and play for a few months a lot of freebies and promotion even sometime just shockingly popping out. But they told me I have to sent the number I used to verify my address which I got via letter, not hard I thought, sadly I put it in the trash.
