Page 2 – Player Reviews for bet365 Casino

I recommend this online casino to everyone, I'm just delighted with it!!!! Online casino offers many different deposit and withdrawal options - everyone will find convenient for themselves, try it and enjoy it.

Bet365 is the best online casino I know, withdrawals are made within 24 hours, despite the fact that I always win, they never have any problems. I recommend 200% this casino.

Nice casino with wide selection of games including slots, sport betting and live dealer games. The interface is easy and user-friendly. Good withdrawal limits.

I love playing slots which is why when I found out that bet365 offers up to 50 free spins, I knew right away that this is the online casino for me. I also appreciate the payout speed of the site which ranges from 1 to 2 days only. This is definitely a bonus since I hate waiting for a long time just to get my funds.

The only thing I have not as satisfactory at bet365 is the lack of variety in their casino games. its library is a bit lacking compared to other online casinos that offer around 60k casino games to choose from.

I liked the free spins every Friday, I loved the poker section. But my absolute favourite part was the cashout. In my bank account in 2 hours or less consistently.

You give them praise for advocating safe gambling is laughable. They didnt encourage me, they forced it on me, and used my account as leverage. Said if I didnt "voluntarily exclude myself for no less than 6 months, they would shut down my account permanently. Being forced into something that was built and put in place for players to voluntarily exclude themselves is a complete lack of respect for the program. My account was closed by them last December because I didnt let them force me into this program. Its despicable if you ask me. I gave 4 stars because the things I listed above were great, but in the end, I look down on the support agents that took part in using me as a scapegoat, absolutely disgusting.

Easy to use website, selection of casino games is ok, good selection of payment options. Support is good but a bit slow. Overall casino is ok, average. Love the big selection of sports games to watch live.

Verification is slow. Live casino games selection is small. Sports betting limits are low and if you win, they lower your limits to such tiny amounts, it is a joke.

Intuitive interface, not bad welcome offer. It is 100% bonus and not high wager, only x20, variety of types of games (slots, sports, poker). The last one is extremely great cause besides of slot I am rly great poker enjoyer (and sport a little) and now I've found a place where I could find all my hobbies.

Also can't but mention the great work of support of this site, they helped me to activate my welcome offer.

It has a pretty slow and complicated verification process (still the support helped me with that too), not enough offers (you should add a way more offers and it will be a great casino to play)

There were no problems while playing on this site. Loved their collection of slot machines. Of the minuses, I note that there are few bonuses. If more promotions are added, the casino will become a top one.

I really liked the mobile casino, very convenient, fast loading and very mobile friendly design. Support really works 24/7, I was always answered quickly at any time of the day.

The selection of slots is below average among others and you get boring quickly. The verification process is slow, other platforms process your data faster.

Overall, I liked this online casino. The site is clear, nothing complicated, quickly figured out. For me, it's just entertainment, I didn't win big money, but it was nice to win at least a little. Everything looks fair. My 50 dollars won were immediately withdrawn to my bank card.
Participated in free bets on horse racing and betting on football, but they seemed not very real to me.

The slots are not very interesting and look the same. Although there are a lot of them. It was a little boring for me!!
Casino doesn't have mobile app.

Wide range of games. Incredibly fast withdrawals. Not sure if this is for everyone but for me I get instant withdrawals into my bank .
Never had any issues with the games always lots to choose from . Online chat available email contact available too . An all round top site to use with some great free bet offers that often require no deposit ! Had a couple of free horse racing bets and football bets given without me needing to deposit and wins are paid out as cash with no wagering .
Plenty of deposit methods available quick verification process and always someone to chat to if needed. Big thumbs up!

Nothing really I’m very happy with bet365. I suppose the wins on the slots could be more frequent I haven’t had many regular wins and usually just play for a bit of fun but walk away without a win. However for me personally it’s just a bit of fun here and there so I feel if I get a win it’s a bonus but if being honest it would
Would be nice if wins were often.

Long verification process, despite the pressure of the verification process, it is not possible to play in the casino. A lot of documents are needed for verification.

The marketing deposit for new players works without any pitfalls, exactly as promised. In general, everything looks exactly as you would expect, at least at first glance.

Feedback from representatives of the casino is implemented very badly. There are suspicions that this is a conscious decision. Apparently, the owners are not interested in the users' problems being solved in any way.

Just a few days ago I decided to complete my verification process and make my first e-wallet ( the fastest hassle-free for deposits and withdrawals) and it really stands out from the rest of any other online casinos. I should have registered earlier as I had a hint of its layout and the live dealer games of only one but giant provider and its much better to have games of only one great provider than to have a dozen of colorful providers with shady cheating practices over the live dealer tables experience.

In bet365, neither the software provider nor website having any control over the outcome resting us assured that we are purely playing the genuine odds. They know that we want a live dealer table as close as possible to a real casino table, and they offer a unique experience 24/7 with e-wallet regardless the amount withdrawal processing time to 3 hours max just as if we were about to cash out our chips in a real casino cashier.

No wonder why is the real boss in online gaming for so many years and there's no need for the site to be cutting corners and ripping off customers like the majority of other sites do as they know running their business like other sites do would leave them without loyal customers. We the players don't care at all if we lose betting as long as our losing is due to purely authentic odds with the live action of live feed leaving us no doubts about it.

Very bulky bureaucracy on verifying your account and in my country there is no any phone line support, which makes us a bit scared as we want a fast and direct support at any time and to feel that there is a solid business. We are deposing and trusting our sensitive data and the most important our hard earned and precious money.

Has an amazing steaming site where you can watch all games that you like.
The casino works and I never had a problem withdrawing and has a very nice live chat.

Not enough amount of slots, does have all the live games that I would need. There is no way to stream e-sports on the website eve if the games themselves are on twitch.

* slots run smoothly.
* live chat is available at most times or can send a message.
* there is no requirement to wager your deposit like on other sites where they won’t let you withdraw without staking at least 1x-3x so sometimes you make a deposit and win and can withdraw quickly without having to go through more wagering.
* has many slots, hundreds of them
* live casino has Playtech as its provider
* has all these good slot providers: red tiger, NetEnt, BTG, Microgaming, Thunderkick, QuickSpin, blueprint.
* verification was fast and hassle free.
* no deposit fees or withdrawal fees.
* withdrawals via bank transfer are fast (in under 2 hrs) and free.
* frequent promos on an almost daily basis really with both slot and table games and sometimes a mix with sports tied in with slot free spins.
* weekly free spins with no wagering on winnings.
* Slot RTP is at default setting which is something important these days as you want to be playing at the best RTP possible for the slots, many other sites have lowered their RTP so beware.

* can’t search by volatility of slots or provider or theme. (sometimes if you type in a provider name e.g Iron Dog, it will give you some results but not all)
* if you are in casino section and search for a slot it doesn’t give you the same results if you search in the games section but sometimes it will give you a casino section slot from a games section search, this needs to be sorted out.
* doesn’t have Evolution Gaming for Live Tables games/other Live games. Thus if you wish to play for example; Crazy Time , you won’t be able to here.
* free spin promos are usually given on the bet365 brand slots and these are not really capable of giving good big wins.
* weekly promo spins used to give me 20 per week then it lowered it 10 and hasn’t gone up since.
* some slots have their min bet set too high and thus above the default minimum sometimes even as high as 5 times the minimum that you find somewhere else!, sometimes it is double the minimum! There was no change done to fix this issue after I had informed the customer service about this. Maybe they don’t care about the low rollers playing some of their slots but I find this unacceptable and thus leaves me no choice but not play those particular slots with the higher than minimum bet.
* some playtech slots have low maximum bet setting sometimes as only 1.50 eur per spin e.g True Love. While Safari Heat and Thai Paradise also had that limitation before it was removed and now Safari Heat and Thai Paradise have max bet of 60 eur per spin.
* doesn't have these providers; Hacksaw Gaming, NoLimit City, Pragmatic Play.
* doesn’t have my old favorites anymore, Cinerama, Pink Panther, Wall St. Fever. All these were progressives jackpot slots but they are no longer available to me or maybe others too.

I like the games and that I can play on this good site. I like fast live chat very much, and I like the immediate deposits and withdrawals. So I can recommend.

I like the games and that I can play on this good site. I like fast live chat very much.. and I like the immediate deposits and withdrawals. So I can recommend.

I’ve been using this site for a while now and really enjoy it. Has some of my favourite games. I’ve won a lot on here with some good payouts. Instant withdrawal which is great.

Definitely one of the better sites I’ve played on. This week I won £1800 on there.

It would be great to see more promotional features for regular players. Also I find the games crash a fair bit using the app. Would be great to see some other games such as San Quentin, Jammin Jars and Iron Bank on there.

I played with a no deposit bonus and the winnings were nice. The casino is great and I think it’s worth my money. Payouts take no longer than 2 days. I am satisfied.

Lots of sports games and bingo. Defo not a place to get bored the sports are very indept thos the game site rather dull but can be fixed. Better offers would help but its adequate overall

The treatment by the customer service. They constantly misinterpret what is said about anything and a simple procedure can turn into weeks of being messed around. The managers need to review the way staff act and asking for a manger should not lead to a ban

Signed up here not too long ago. I avoided this casino like the plague for a long time, for some reason I had it set in my head that it was one of those scam casino's and that the reviews were fake. I looked more into it and I quickly realized that I wanted to give it a shot, and that it was not a scam casino as I thought it was. I won $6,000 and got the funds with no problems. I continue to play here, and will for a long time!

Bet365 one of my favourite casino I've been playing now for years in this casino I never had one problem, well designed casino, may game providers to play, the Sports bet is very nice, customer services so professional and friendly.

Really I have nothing at all to dislike about this casino everything is great overall very good site I highly recommended to play. 10 stars deserved .

Lots of games on both games casino and Vegas also good odds on sports bets always found the cash out value good and they settle winning bets within the hour. The layout is dark which I like and they also have an easy search bar for finding games. Fast visa on eligible cards.

Have used bank wire withdrawal only twice during my time here as always use fast withdrawal. The bank wire before this sat on pending for four days which is unacceptable, this time it’s been sat pending since yesterday morning and being told differently from different advisors has put me off depositing there again with paysafe and will stick to Bank card in future also there’s no option to check pending or not so have to go to chat to ask.

A very good selection of games to choice from, I like there live dealer casino. There KYC process is easy and is done electronically, so limited number of document to upload. I use PayPal and my winning are back in PayPal within 6 hours of requesting withdrawal which is a big plus for me. Casinos that take three days to process withdrawals should be avoided. I have used there site for some years now and for the many sites that i am registered with Bet365 is in my top 10

Favorite casino for a few months now! So simple, fast and reliable (I have received my winnings in 24 hours).
They have some good games from Playtech that I used to play at other casinos.
I am satisfied with the payouts as well.
The green theme is calming. I discovered they have Lottery too which is also a big plus.
I recommend this site for everyone who is looking for a decent casino to play at.

The best casino which I played. Great odds, good limits, excellent and fast support service. All my payments was paid in little hours. I referer this site for all users AskG!

Nothing was bad for me in bet365. Until now, my experience there was excellent. The unique thing negative is the new layout of site, dark colour. Before that was green+write and for me was better than now

Bet365 is a really old casino and you can really tell that by the general design of their website they mainly focus on sport and because of that there is so much more promotions for it than for casino which I don't find enjoyable and stopped depositing there a long time ago.

I never claimed any promotion for sport but did for casino their new player bonus that gives you 100% of your deposit and you have to wager it 15x and I must say that's the nice promotion and the only one that you should get.
The only good thing about bet365 for me is their poker app which I played quite a lot, yeah it has the old software but it didn't matter that much with the low amount of players in tournaments and such it was easier to get some nice wins, and they offer you 365e bonus for warm welcome but its tricky because you constantly have to keep playing in order to get it.

Last time I deposited was a couple of months ago and had no problems with it but when I submitted withdraw with the same option I deposited I waited over a week for my money and the worst thing is that it's not even some big amount it was like 50$ probably I wouldn't get my money for a longer period of time if I wasn;t persistent with spamming their support and asking them every day about the payment. Their verification system is normal as in many casinos sometimes they are just gonna ask for your passport picture or just passport and proof of address pictures and it's done relatively fast.

Site design is terrible especially Live Casino tab where they offer a couple of games and its not worth playing because they do not have providers with good games and such.
You have to transfer your funds like crazy if you want to play for an example If you have funds on sports you will have to transfer them to the casino to be able to play and it's so annoying , couple months ago I wanted to get some promotion and I opted about 20$ and when was about to claim it, I couldn't before submitting KYC once again somehow their support requested it even if I was fully registered.
