I liked the ease of signing up, I liked their interface and an option to get their app to be installed. I liked that they informed me about everything via email. Easy and super quick deposit option. I loved that it was so easy to self-exclude.

Well, I did not like that I could not win at all and it felt like playing Novomatic games were like throwing money in the void. On the other hand, I am not sure that I can really blame the casino for this.

Not too bad. Some ups and downs. Bónus are decent, but they make the verification process a bit too difficult. After the verification, it eases with time.

Long verification process. It is definitely not user friendly. I had slightly bigger hopes, but was not really disappointed, just frustrated with some of the things in the website.

I’ve been playing on this site for over 3 years and I’m very pleased to say they have been 100 percent legit . I hit a jackpot for 38000 and I received my cash out in mins to my Coinbase account. They give great bonus from vip host . They have weekly and monthly cash back rewards and tons of promotion always ongoing . They even give bonus for catch coco when it pops up at random on the screen . I’m a level 48 vip and every time you level up they give out free cash bonus . I have had multiple big wins here and they have some of the hottest games . Definitely worth trying out if you haven’t already.

So not everything is perfect here but there are a few times I needed to contact support and one or 2 of those times the support link they provide will not load and keeps freezing . I eventually got through using a different device instead of my Apple Phn but it took me a while to figure that out.

After winning a significant sum—$52,000—BC.GAME froze my account for KYC (Know Your Customer) approval, which is standard. However, what followed was anything but. Despite completing the KYC verification as requested, my documents were rejected with no valid explanation. Support claimed my documents were submitted via screenshot, which was completely false! To make matters worse, the support team and my VIP host outright ignored my messages for days, leaving me helpless while my account remained frozen.

For three days straight, I tried tirelessly to submit documents again, only to encounter error pages and radio silence from the team. I must have contacted them over 10 times a day, and each time, I was met with zero effort to help. My VIP host, who should be assisting me, also ignored every single message. Their lack of support felt intentional, almost as if they had no plans to release my winnings.

What’s truly heartbreaking is that a friend of mine went through the same ordeal—he’s been locked out from withdrawing his money for over four months, despite completing the KYC process. It’s clear that this platform has no regard for its players, especially when it comes to letting them cash out their winnings.

To add insult to injury, after days of futile communication, I foolishly spent the $52,000 I had won out of frustration, realizing that I’d probably never see that money again. The moment I lost it all, my VIP host finally responded with a sorry excuse, claiming she was “sick.” Classic. And after going back and forth for an entire day, they removed my withdrawal restriction—only for it to be meaningless since I had already lost everything.

Only thing I like about this platform is the crash game. I have made and lost tons of money and I like this game and that the only thing I like about this site.

Bc.game has the worst support and VIP host. They don't respond to your query. I lost 25k INR due to deposit issue. No proper support even at VIP 43 level. VIP host doesn't respond even when he is online. The live chat support just followed the script with zero understanding of the situation.

I didn't like a anything related to the casino. The bonus they promise it to everyone you have to wager it endlessly, and everything is unprofessional at all.

The support service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s frustrating and infuriating. When you contact the support team, you have to wait 30 minutes for a response. If you don’t reply within one minute, they immediately leave the chat. Additionally, the chat robot, which is supposed to be smart, seems to be the least intelligent AI bot ever.

Site was good at a point of time, very slow customer service, no good support, and promotions not paid but good marketing channels to get new customers it needs new mgmt.

Continuous deposit and withdrawal issues, marking withdrawal and deposits as success but not paying. Account funds seized and weekly and monthly which is 0.03 and 0.05 percent of wager amounts is too bad.

My account get hacked and from my account 7,5k get stolen and they confirmed that my account was hacked, but still don't give my money back, they say it's my fault not play here they will steal your money.

Was the best casino to me before you guys block me from withdrawing just because I won big winning. Ok

So basically I started using this casino in February of 2024 I lost over 200k USD of my own money, wagered over 15 million without profit and today May 25 I got lucky and won 400k then boom you guys blocked me from withdrawing without no explanation, and called me high-risk player this is very cruel because I lost everything and I won back some money

They removed my host without notification and gave a fake reason when asking the reason. worst casino ever been to. Support doesn't know what they are doing and department to department is not connected. We need to wait days to get a solution for a small thing.. and the support like to your face.
