Nothing the casino is not working in they own terms of responsible gaming.
I ask to close the account because of a gambling problem. They casino forced me to reopen the account for a withdrawal. I expect the casino is able to manage this without reopen the account. What I like about this casino is that I had a huge win and they payed me out! They have Weekly limits but they went around that rule and payed me out the full amount. No incentive to keep playing once you reach your turnover and the max you can withdraw. For example i deposited $80 and received a 50% deposit bonus. I turned the money over the required amount (which is 35 times the deposit amount and the bonus amount) and then decided to withdraw $1000 (leaving $200 still to keep playing) while waiting on the $1000 withdrawal to be approved i turned the other $200 in to another $1000. I Then had 2 x $1000 waiting to be approved. I then received an email saying they had confiscated the entire amount except for $800 which is the maximum amount i could win on my $80 deposit (10 x the deposit amount) so once you reach the max there is no incentive to keep playing, you will either lose it during gambling or they will confiscate it anyway. They then put my $800 back in to the casino saying i can continue to play it, therefore holding up the withdrawal process again. So if you deposit $20 and once you have turned that over the max you can withdraw is $200, so dont keep playing hoping to turn it in to more. Just withdraw it. Its a disgrace. Dont play this casino.
