Today I took advantage of one of those offers and ended up wagering and winning. I requested a cashout and sent my KYC docs, as I have never cashed out there before. Docs were approved within 2 hours. From experience, they usually process cashouts the next day, but later on today I received a confirmation email that it had been sent for processing. A few mins later, it hit my account. I am very happy with their service!
I like their selection of games and their customer service is always good. I also like their email communication: an email to confirm your deposit, email to confirm your withdrawal, and email once it has been approved.
The only thing I would say is that it would be good if you didn't have to select the side menu to use the 'game search' function. A search bar on the main screen would be easier, but that's just a little thing.
