I contacted live chat as something happened with the bonus and they had to investigate. I requested chat and someone was there within 15 seconds which is really good and fast to be honest. They were clued up on their offerings, however they could not resolve the bonus issue and said they will email me. 1 hour later they send me an email notifying all is sorted. With that the wagering was on the bonus amount only as well, which was good.

I verified my ID and address before, but could not remember that process. However, today I sent my Skrill and Neteller account and the verification took about 1 hour to complete which was very fast. I made a real deposit and got my balance up pretty quick to x3 my deposit, but in the end lost it very quickly as well.

Not being able to block your account by yourself which will result in losing more and more. Also not having the ability to block it from chat instantly, but blocking in 48 hours for 7 days and then come back and ask for extend it. It sounds very scammy. This will make you lose more.

Everyone who logs in to Aplaycasino should know that they can not permanently close their account if they wish.
