Payments are not as good as there was a 500 max transaction for withdrawal which is a bit strange. It's a bit of a let down and I would probably give 8/10 if this was not the case.

Chat representatives are quite fast.
Responsible gambling tools are present (maybe required by MGA).

Withdrawals take ages.
Basic Trustly withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 days now and now they said that it is planned to be processed tomorrow.
So far no documentation has been asked, but you do not have to be a genius to guess that it will be the next phase of delaying the withdrawal.

Casino is looking nice. Slots run well and the selection is huge. Welcome Bonus offer is pretty decent. Live support is quick to respond and friendly. Verification within 12 hours.

I tried to cashout. Cashout was cancelled since max amount per transaction is 500€. Furthermore the finance department is not working weekends. When players play the most the casino does not process withdrawals. That's a no go and to be honest I am quite disappointed considering this is a N1 brand casino. In the end it's all about timely payment. Only 5 stars from my side.

They have a nice support staff, decent variation of games. Since I have to write minimum characters for good side but I have nothing to add good. I can maybe also say that I don't mind their Egyptian theme.

I recommend everyone to avoid this casino since they stall withdrawals and behave like a void in order not to let any funds leave their casino.

My story.
1) I easily created an account and added deposits. Bonuses were added automatically to deposits, but I went and proactively cancelled them.
2) Eventually, from my 300 EUR I got 354 and I decided to withdraw them.

Problem 1 - Withdrawal tool didn't work and showed that from my funds 0 is available for withdrawal.

Encounter 1 with support - they say that I should not mind the tool bug and just add the sum manually. I did that.
Then I ask where I can add my verification docs. I got an answer that I will be asked by email.

Email 1 from finance department - asking to submit regular verification docs.
I submit them immediately.

Email 2 from finance department in a day - they inform that in order for my verification to proceed besides my passport I have to submit ID or driver license.
I'm checking Malta gambling authority rules and it clearly states that one should send one of three docs. And the passport is the most important doc.

Encounter 2 with support - I tell them about the passport. They say that they will pass it to finance department.
I'm also writing an email with Malta gambling authority rules.

2.5 days are passed. I'm getting email 3 from finance department saying that my docs are checked by Risk Department (sounds scary :) - not really, whatever, as long as this nightmare is finished), no more mention about other docs.

End of day 3 - Email 4 from Finance department. They cancel my withdrawal because of technical problems and that I should use some for me previously unknown withdrawal tool as credit card withdrawal suddenly does not work.
Well, I don't want to give up and want to make that withdrawal just in spite of their attempts to not let my money leave their casino.
But, surprise, surprise, such withdrawal is not available on the tool at all :)

Encounter 3 with support. I'm explaining the issue that my withdrawal after 3 days was cancelled, that they ask me to withdraw via channel that is not appearing at all of my profile. They say that they see and that finance department will come back to me.
3 days have passed. Instead of financial department explanation, came 2 emails with bonuses.

At that point I am very frustrated and upset. I simply want to get back my money but the casino uses all means not to pay back these funds. My balance is back though I have asked twice that I want withdrawal. Nothing else but withdrawal.

Then my addictive nature wins in this upsetting situation and I want to end these relationships with this casino by playing all that balance and just self excluding since I'm sure that closing the account would be even more impossible than withdraw money.

I plan to send a complaint to Malta gambling authority about this really bad experience.

Was very ecstatic to see a brand new casino by N1 with an MGA licence. The site is easy to navigate. Moreover, they got a big welcome package for new players for the first 4 deposits, where the players can enjoy playing slots on multiple famous providers. Also the verification time process was fast. More specific, it took 24 hours.

Now let's talk about something. The site offers as a deposit method, Skrill. Which is normal. Crazy part. You cannot withdraw using the same payment method. The only available payment methods are Trustly, bank transfer, neosurf. I talked with the support and informed me that these are the only ways. Not very impressed because I will never be able to withdraw anything here. If management doesn't take action then I wouldn't recommend this casino at all.

They have decent and nice amount of video slots and live games. Their service isn't lagging which is really nice to have smooth game entertainment.

I like their layout because it's smooth, I like it. They have some nice ra levels which give you extra rewards for free as you progress by playing.

There financial department.
I have been waiting in total of 14 days to get a payment done.
Although in these 14 days, I have flushed one balance because of it.
They try to stall your withdrawals. I'm still waiting for a paysafe card payment which they manage to send to a wrong email address, where I was registered with.
But got luckily, the balance is back because it was not in use.

It's really bad when it comes to payouts for people in Netherlands. Bank transfers are not possible if you don't have the right bank account. Skrill withdrawal method doesn't show up in there withdrawal section.
