They do have a large collection of games available, and the deposit bonus is pretty good. Live chat for customer support would be good, but it seems they don't really have any power to do anything about possible problems.

Whatever the goods are, they can't compensate for the completely unacceptable withdrawal policies of 500€ per withdrawal, one withdrawal per day (to a maximum of 3 in total) and a withdrawal processing time of at least 3 days. Not even counting the random cancellation of withdrawals to make it as slow as humanly possible for the player to get any possible winnings out.

The casino is offering several providers and that's cool. Also several payment methods are available. At first, it looks like a good casino website. Support is reactive. Even if the agent doesn't know what to say about the missing bonus...

Amunra casino is a part of N1 int. Ltd group and I have good experience with this group. I am a member of almost all of them. They pay within hours if your account is fully verified. Some of them do not process withdrawals on the weekend like maneki casino for example and you can add Amunra to this list.

The casino has an interesting theme, plenty of games to choose from and of course they have above average welcome package. Live chat is always available, kudos for that.

To start, the website looks good but playing on a tablet is not the best way to play due the lack of full screen option, this applies to all games. They also do not have as many games as its sisters casino and missing plenty of New games its sisters casinos have. High wr for bonuses, 30 times deposit plus bonus for the welcome package and email promotions.

And at last I really think their withdrawal processing time could be a lot shorter. I have been waiting for my withdrawal to be processed for days and tomorrow is weekend, I am going for the worst, no payment today. I like the selection of providers. It's not very extensive but they offer some very good games. I like the selection of payment methods. Live chat available. They offer a lot of bonuses and promos. Always received money.

They don't pay within the given time frame or offer all withdrawal methods as stated on their website. Bonuses are credited manually so you need to contact support to add a bonus. Sometimes an offered bonus will be rejected.

It's a pretty new casino and they definitely have some things to improve. But I like playing and my experience at Amunra.

I had a problem with the 50% + 150 free spins bonus that was not credited to my account right away. After contact with the chat, it was added, but probably not very well. During the "bonus hunt" it was suddenly settled as "lost" even though I had about 25% of my money in my account. After that, no one knows anything and my deposit was lost. I think that maybe I will win something with free spins. In free spins I had 20 euro but in "bonuses" there is no information about the active bonus. 20 euros is only in the account balance, but not withdrawable (nor for the bonus, so what?). The technical department is at the critical level. I will never make a deposit to this casino again.

Something you get a good promotion now and then buy they ain't useful because they have withdrawal issues.

Stalling withdrawal.
Doesn't process withdrawals instant according to the website.
Trustly withdrawals are instant but they are not. Been waiting for a day.
They don't listen in chat, everything goes trough KYC or Financial department where you never hear from.

The casino has some promising aspects, but when it comes to cashing out, it's an absolute nightmare..
After having made deposits with Skrill, Neteller and Paysafe, I wanted to cash out €25 from free spins winnings when the problems began.

Although the "payments info" page clearly says withdrawals are possible with skrill, neteller and paysafe, I only have 3 withdrawal options showing in my account ( paysafe, bank transfer and neosurf)

I withdrew to paysafe and hours later received an email from paysafe saying a payment from N1 failed because personal details don't match. The balance was then put back on my gaming account. I contacted chat multiple times regarding this problem and the payment kept bouncing

Then they told me to make a deposit by bank so I could then withdraw to bank.. so even after having made 4 deposits with 3 methods, they still ask to make another deposit for a bank withdraw, even thought I told them already that a bank withdraw will not work for me

One would not expect these kind of stalling tactics from a N1 brand.

Review will be updated once I succesfully manage to cash out my winnings to a payment method I already used..

Great games, great design.

They have a quick support, that answers right away. And that is really great. No Wait time. I can't really write any more positive things as everything has to do with that you can trust the casino. Read for more info about withdrawals in my cons section down below.

So, if you are like me, depositing 500 euro + each time, this might not be the casino for you. I'd thought recommend it for players that does low bets. If you are a mid / high better, it kind of sucks because of their strange withdrawal limits. Which will make you probably gamble away your winnings. So you need discipline.

You can according to their terms withdraw 1000 euro per transaction. You can have a maximum of 3x transaction for withdrawal at any given time. Which is 3000 euros. You can not combine these 3 withdrawals to 1 withdrawal of 3000 euro.

But that is not the strangest part....

According to their terms, they can decide how much you can withdraw per transaction... Even though it sais 1000 in the terms. So they might limit you to 100 euro or 300 euro per withdrawal.... That is really Strange????? And they won't process all of your withdrawal requests at the same time, They will schedule them. Example: You request a withdrawal of 1500 euro in total. Example 3 X 500 euro withdrawals, because they don't accept the whole sum at one...

They will schedule the payment like this.

Monday: 500 euro
Tuesday: 500 euro
Wednesday: 500 euro.

So if you win big as I did, 6000 euro +

Total withdrawal time would be like 4-5 weeks...

But they do pay...

The bad rating is because its hard for a new player to get a trustworthy experience.... And withdrawal times are one of the most important things to handle smooth for a trustworthy casino.

I would nobody recommend to play here. I made a withdrawal of €700 which was cancelled. I was very surprised that is was cancelled because my account was verified.
I therefore contacted their live chat and was informed that I had to submit two separate withdrawals, €300 and €400. I have never received such a odd request like this at an casino. I however complied in order to avoid any further delay.

Furthermore there live chat tells you different stories. First I was told my withdrawal would be processed within 3 days. Because it was not processed within 3 days I contacted them again and I was told the withdrawal would be processed over 2 separate days. So payment 300 on 9 July and payment of 400 on 10 July, while I made the withdrawal request on the same day. Unbelievable right?! So instead of 3 days it looks like I have to wait 6 days, while the account is verified. I cannot believe that they are part of N1 Interactive Ltd. Casinos.

Also when playing live blackjack the limit is only €100 per bet, very low in my opinion.

Based upon my experience I would recommend everybody to stay far away from this casino. They will do everything to stall your withdrawal as long as possible.

I liked any game amatics worked well you can win other games have not been able to try. Liked that the deposit has gone fast. I liked dragons kingdom thought was good game Would recommend this game. Also likes to play hot fruit 100.

Was very disappointed that expected money for a long time ..I play at their other casino and have never expected withdrawals more of 3 hours. on Swedish sites they advertised that withdrawals through Trustly go immediately but if you use MasterCard take 3 days. I made a deposit with trustly. Live support answers differently and each time I received different answers. Asked should I send documents then can go faster but it was not necessary. I'm a Swedish player and none of the top providers are available. Did a deposit with trustly/bankid wich the Faq on the site states is a "instant withdrawal". It shouldn't require any further id check, that's the point with trustly lol. Been 20h since i made the withdrawal and support claims that it may have to be looked into by their financial department,(their own faq says that only withdrawls of 1000€ may have to be checked. Withdrawals take ages.
Basic Trustly withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 days now and now they said that it is planned to be processed tomorrow.
So far no documentation has been asked, but you do not have to be a genius to guess that it will be the next phase of delaying the withdrawal.

Casino is looking nice. Slots run well and the selection is huge. Welcome Bonus offer is pretty decent. Live support is quick to respond and friendly. Verification within 12 hours.

I tried to cashout. Cashout was cancelled since max amount per transaction is 500€. Furthermore the finance department is not working weekends. When players play the most the casino does not process withdrawals. That's a no go and to be honest I am quite disappointed considering this is a N1 brand casino. In the end it's all about timely payment. Only 5 stars from my side.

They have a nice support staff, decent variation of games. Since I have to write minimum characters for good side but I have nothing to add good. I can maybe also say that I don't mind their Egyptian theme.

I recommend everyone to avoid this casino since they stall withdrawals and behave like a void in order not to let any funds leave their casino.

My story.
1) I easily created an account and added deposits. Bonuses were added automatically to deposits, but I went and proactively cancelled them.
2) Eventually, from my 300 EUR I got 354 and I decided to withdraw them.

Problem 1 - Withdrawal tool didn't work and showed that from my funds 0 is available for withdrawal.

Encounter 1 with support - they say that I should not mind the tool bug and just add the sum manually. I did that.
Then I ask where I can add my verification docs. I got an answer that I will be asked by email.

Email 1 from finance department - asking to submit regular verification docs.
I submit them immediately.

Email 2 from finance department in a day - they inform that in order for my verification to proceed besides my passport I have to submit ID or driver license.
I'm checking Malta gambling authority rules and it clearly states that one should send one of three docs. And the passport is the most important doc.

Encounter 2 with support - I tell them about the passport. They say that they will pass it to finance department.
I'm also writing an email with Malta gambling authority rules.

2.5 days are passed. I'm getting email 3 from finance department saying that my docs are checked by Risk Department (sounds scary :) - not really, whatever, as long as this nightmare is finished), no more mention about other docs.

End of day 3 - Email 4 from Finance department. They cancel my withdrawal because of technical problems and that I should use some for me previously unknown withdrawal tool as credit card withdrawal suddenly does not work.
Well, I don't want to give up and want to make that withdrawal just in spite of their attempts to not let my money leave their casino.
But, surprise, surprise, such withdrawal is not available on the tool at all :)

Encounter 3 with support. I'm explaining the issue that my withdrawal after 3 days was cancelled, that they ask me to withdraw via channel that is not appearing at all of my profile. They say that they see and that finance department will come back to me.
3 days have passed. Instead of financial department explanation, came 2 emails with bonuses.

At that point I am very frustrated and upset. I simply want to get back my money but the casino uses all means not to pay back these funds. My balance is back though I have asked twice that I want withdrawal. Nothing else but withdrawal.

Then my addictive nature wins in this upsetting situation and I want to end these relationships with this casino by playing all that balance and just self excluding since I'm sure that closing the account would be even more impossible than withdraw money.

I plan to send a complaint to Malta gambling authority about this really bad experience.

Was very ecstatic to see a brand new casino by N1 with an MGA licence. The site is easy to navigate. More specific, it took 24 hours.

Now let's talk about something. The site offers as a deposit method, Skrill. Which is normal. Crazy part. You cannot withdraw using the same payment method. The only available payment methods are Trustly, bank transfer, neosurf. I talked with the support and informed me that these are the only ways. They have decent and nice amount of video slots and live games. Their service isn't lagging which is really nice to have smooth game entertainment.

I like their layout because it's smooth, I like it. They have some nice ra levels which give you extra rewards for free as you progress by playing.

There financial department.
I have been waiting in total of 14 days to get a payment done.
Although in these 14 days, I have flushed one balance because of it.
They try to stall your withdrawals. I'm still waiting for a paysafe card payment which they manage to send to a wrong email address, where I was registered with.
But got luckily, the balance is back because it was not in use.

It's really bad when it comes to payouts for people in Netherlands. Bank transfers are not possible if you don't have the right bank account. Skrill withdrawal method doesn't show up in there withdrawal section.
