I had a problem with the 50% + 150 free spins bonus that was not credited to my account right away. After contact with the chat, it was added, but probably not very well. During the "bonus hunt" it was suddenly settled as "lost" even though I had about 25% of my money in my account. After that, no one knows anything and my deposit was lost.
