I like that they have so many game options and they do payout. Also they are pretty good about giving out free spins if you request them while playin.

What I really dislike is that they promise you via email if you play a certain amount they will issue u some free chips to play with,however once you do deposit the requested amount they can take over 24 hours to issue the free chip. I had spent several years and tens of thousands of dollars on 7bit slots and I never felt like much more than a dollar sign to most of the executive team. I won a little, but lost far more frequently and the bonuses and cashback programs were lacking.
I moved into a couple other casinos a while ago but decided very recently to try 7bit again and hoped things had gotten better , but they were much worse. I had retained my VIP Level 4 and noted the perks listed for someone at my tier, one of which stated I was owed “50 cash” as one bonus. I checked my bonus history and never received anything for the climbing from tier 3-4 and wanted to ask about this 50 cash I was due.
Chat support is absolutely awful, overworked, too many players vs too little staff and customer service will nose dive. First chat support: greeted me, told her my issue, but then waited about an hour for her to tell me that my Vip tier 4 perk is “50 cash” but since I was an older member of the casino, didn’t qualify for any bonuses for that. No supervisor available to discuss, emailed customer service and received auto message directing me back to chat support (no thank you) do not have another hour to kill to be told the age of my loyalty to the casino would bar me from any bonus perks allotted to newer members.
Chat support just seemed annoyed to have to deal with me and have not heard a word from anyone about some fair resolution to this VIP Tier Bonus issue. Thumbs up to their VIP managers! Once I had an issue with cashing out via my prepaid card. I missed the expiry date and the card was invalid.
