Than it suddenly stopped and didn't count any of my bets. I contacted support who tried to help me. They wanted to check and asked if I could play some more bets, just to check if the wager progress moved. I wasted some money on that, which they said they would pay back. I was told not to play at the site until it got fixed. After one week or so I received an email from them and that the problem was solved, and there wasn't any wagering left. When I asked about the money I had spent as a "test" for them, I was told they are working on it and I will get an email about it. One more week pass, and I'm told I just have to wait, they are working on it. Now it's been five months, and still nothing.

This casino has a lot o variety and providers which I decided to play. I liked as well the program of you can choose the rewards with points then we can have double chance.
That chance can be possible, changing the points but after you 7 gods seems to be very amateur in order to verify your account. I have won 200 euros after playing already 110EUR and decided to withdrawal at Sunday. Monday I got the email requesting the documents and I had sent all. No verification. Next day they sent maybe 6 emails requesting other and other documents saying all I had sent is not valid (including PDF of the government letter - proof of residence), then they ask my Bank statement (I never deposited with bank account). They didn't verify me saying the doc of address proof not valid (which at my neteller account and paysafe as well my address matching). I had contact the support requesting the update ZERO update. They just joke with all players, to be honest. Definitely I had cancel the cashout to play and had lost (which I am not complaining) but this casino seems the most tricky in order to verify and paying.

Seems like everything in withdrawing your money is prolonged to a maximum, deliberately and with a purpose. Made a deposit monday and it was still a pending withdrawl on sunday.
