- I always check the wagering progress often when I play. Everything seemed fine and was working normally until I was close to completing the wagering. Than it suddenly stopped and didn't count any of my bets. I contacted support who tried to help me. They wanted to check and asked if I could play some more bets, just to check if the wager progress moved. I wasted some money on that, which they said they would pay back. I was told not to play at the site until it got fixed. After one week or so I received an email from them and that the problem was solved, and there wasn't any wagering left. When I asked about the money I had spent as a "test" for them, I was told they are working on it and I will get an email about it. One more week pass, and I'm told I just have to wait, they are working on it. Now it's been five months, and still nothing.
