It wasn’t until I tried using the live chat while logged out of my account that the experience went downhill. A notification appeared informing me that the live chat is only available to players who have deposited.
I found this extremely disheartening as players may have queries that could affect their decision to fund their accounts, especially as any deposit must be wagered 3x before it can be withdrawn and KYC verification is necessary before withdrawing.
