I have had a positive experience with this casino. So far, I have cashed out after wagering my welcome bonus on my 1st and 3rd deposits. My 2nd withdrawal took under 2 hrs. to be processed. When I tried to withdraw on my first deposit after wagering the bonus, I got an email saying it was declined and that I should wait for another email for further instructions. This worried me a bit. I further could not understand why the email just said, wait for another email. I contacted live chat, and the second time around, the withdrawal issue was solved.
If your withdrawal is automatically rejected by the system, it would be user-friendly if the email sent out stated that the withdrawal was automatically cancelled, and please contact live support for further information. Lots of games but that’s about it. Nothing positive about it, and I’m just writing this to fill the character count. The support is responsive, but it’s all copy-and-paste answers
I have been trying to withdraw my funds, but am getting no support. All support does is send copy and paste answers and gives no timeline on when it will be processed. They just say to keep waiting - for how long?! Absolutely unacceptable, stay away.
