My account balance is 46800, and it has been over two weeks since I have been trying to make a withdrawal.

Whenever I attempt to withdraw, I receive a message instructing me to contact security via email. I have already sent an email, but have not received any response until now.

I have deposited rs 500 through UPI on 26 December 2025 and they still don't added money in my account and. My payment query is still active. I don't know what to do. This guy are always telling me that they will add my money soon now I don't believe them because it's almost 1 month and no update from them and their Customer service is so bad. I recently started playing in 22 bet and amassed around 650000 inr by playing multi bets. Today i tried to withdraw money and it asked to send identity documents to security team.

So I have immediately sent Aadhar card and pan card as my identity documents.

99% of my deposit is done via icash and I rarely use crypto.

They asked me send the crypto deposit transactions along with the profile screenshot .

I have sent them details of my little binance transactions along with profile screenshot.

They keep on asking the same document again and again and I have sent them more than 6 times.

This is really frustrating and I have never heard if any casino is asking such documents.

Despite providing ALL requested KYC documents, my account verification is unnecessarily stalled with new, unreasonable requests to delay the process further.

I have deposited INR 4995/-through UPI to the payment details provided by the casino on 16/10/2025, but it hasn't yet been credited to the game account. Despite contacting casino customer service many times through their chat, call, and email issue has not been resolved. Getting the same copy-paste messages.

Bots are replying by using a Human name in chat. I have attached the conversations of chat.

Don't want to raise this issue in public, but I am helpless because the issue was not properly addressed by the customer service specialist of the casino.

After building a balance, I requested a withdrawal of 13550EUR or 15300 USDT via TRON (TRC20). The withdrawal attempts were repeatedly rejected, and when I contacted support, he was told that I must first make a new deposit and place bets before they would release my funds.

This is an unfair and unacceptable condition. A withdrawal must not be tied to making additional deposits. I have already deposited significant amounts and provided all verification documents.

To support my complaint, I am attaching:

1. BinancePay deposit screenshots (Order ID + Merchant Ref).

2. Screenshots of rejected withdrawal attempts.

3. Chat transcripts with 22Bet support where they demand a new deposit before allowing withdrawal.

I am filing a complaint against 22Bet Casino regarding a withdrawal issue that has been unresolved for over a month.

On August 7, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of 1000 EGP. Since then, every time I contact support, I only receive the same reply: "Your request is under review." This has been going on for more than one month without any progress.

I even provided the casino with my official transaction statement, which clearly shows that no funds have been received. Despite this, I still receive the same repeated response with no proof of any actual payment.

This situation is unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to receive my funds without unnecessary delay.

It’s been more than 5 days, but the deposits haven’t been credited to my account.
