I registered at 1win in 2024 and have used my account exclusively for cryptocurrency transactions. All deposits and withdrawals were made in crypto without any issues.

In March 2026, the cryptocurrency withdrawal option completely disappeared from my account.

Support informed me that due to my account currency (BYN), withdrawals are now only available via bank cards.

I attempted several withdrawals to different bank cards, but all transactions were cancelled on the 1win side. My bank confirmed that no transactions were declined from their side. Support provides no clear explanation and only suggests trying again

I have already successfully passed account verification (KYC), so there are no restrictions related to identity or compliance.

At this point:

- Crypto withdrawal is no longer available

- Bank withdrawal is not working

- No solution is provided

I did not violate any rules.

I am ready to confirm ownership of both my cryptocurrency wallet and my bank card if required.

My account was suddenly blocked shortly after completing the verification (KYC) process. When I try to log in, the system displays the message “User blocked”, and I am unable to access my account.

At the time my account was blocked, I had approximately 97,000 NGN remaining in my balance.

I have attempted to contact 1win support multiple times through their email and Telegram support channels, but they stopped responding and have not provided any explanation for the account restriction or the status of my funds.

I made 2 deposits. 1st was on 29th November 2025 amount 500 InR and another one on 9th December 2025 as per website transaction record. Both payments failed, but money was deducted from my bank and as well as showing transaction was successful. But casino customer support is saying both payments are failed and money is refunded, but still I did not get the money in my bank account. Gaming ID: 79925791 is my gaming ID with 1win. I participated in the tournament section event conducted by 1win and won 15k from the event, which was credited into my gaming account yesterday, and after 3 minutes, when I wanted to withdraw, I was shocked to see my balance decrease by 5k

When I contacted the support, in the meantime, my total cash was credited back, and after 11 minutes,I was again shocked to see another 10k vanish from my account suddenly

When I check the withdrawal history, it is shown to have been successfully transferred to a bank account.

Usually, withdrawal can only be possible after the verified mail gets an otp for the successful withdrawal request, and then only withdrawal will be processed.

No mail came to my registered mail address with the 1win platform, and in the first place, I never made a withdrawal request

When I immediately contacted the support team, they first said that it was a technical issue and they would change the status of the withdrawal, and promised to manually credit the account to my gaming account itself.

Finally, they asked me for a bank statement PDF to check that the withdrawal had not been done, and I also gave them.

They promised and review my statements and promised that the issue would be sorted out shortly

But when I texted today morning, they are saying that funds are already transferred to the specified account, which is hilarious, as they have conducted a thorough check of my bank statements and ensured that no funds were credite,d and the main thing is that I did not initiate any withdrawal request and even fill in my bank credentials, without which no withdrawal can be done

Finally i also did not received an email otp in the registered mail I’d with 1win ; which is also mandatory to initiate the withdrawal request successful but in this case no email were received from 1win with the otp needed for withdrawal happened.

My registered email ID is the same as before, and there is no way a withdrawal could be done when an email otp confirmation had not been sent by 1win to my email I’d.

I would like to file a complaint against 1Win Casino due to an unresolved withdrawal issue and a lack of communication from their support team.

I deposited funds into my 1Win account, played, and won a certain amount. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, the casino requested a video verification. I agreed and informed them that I would like to complete the verification in the Georgian language, as I currently live in Georgia. However, after that message, the casino stopped responding.

My withdrawal request has now been pending for more than a week. Despite several follow-up emails, I have received no reply or update from 1Win. The funds remain frozen in my account.

In addition, 1Win recently removed the cryptocurrency withdrawal option, leaving only bank card withdrawals available, which further limits my ability to access my funds.
