The only thing I don't like about the site is their casino bonuses. I wish they would offer players a variety of casino bonuses to take advantage of. Their casino bonuses are kind of limited for me. Since I'm an avid fan of casino games, I appreciate it if a site has a lot of generous casino bonuses to help players.

Fantastic player friendly site. Used to play here many years ago and have returned after a long break from gambling. Always promotions and daily free games for the member to play and win FREE money/spins. Withdrawals are in your bank account within 24hrs with them being processed within 4 which helps massively when it comes to reversing funds! Can't think of many other sites that are this quick. No idea why they're rated so poorly on here as it is very misleading.

Two gripes for me, one is that there is no search option when viewing which slot to play and second is that or though there is a good varied selection there could be so many more on offer.

Fantastic casino, helpful, Best experience online to date. I excluded myself for gambling on a few different I use, just to have a break and not spend to much. And out of all of them Jackpot Joy had the longest time options available, and they were the only casino to not email me when it finished, which I personally think was brilliant, just showed me they think more about us people. Than how much money were spending with them.... so it was my choice alone to go back and play on there website.... and the cherry on top!!!... After playing out the wagering I have had £650 return on a £30 deposit with bonus applied. It states that withdrawal to a card takes 3 - 5 days. A long time for some people. I made my withdrawal less than 24 hours ago and my withdrawal transaction status has gone from pending to successful already, although the funds haven't hit my account yet. Overall a good experience for me so far and I will be returning.

This casino used to do a hell of a lot of TV advertising here in the UK, even paying a popular soap star to appear in the adverts for them which just goes to show how massively profitable the on-line casino business must be - particularly as this casino only operates in the UK and Ireland at present.

It's not as if this is a particularly outstanding casino either - the game selection is limited although I understand they have added many more games than when I took up their welcome offer and the site had mainly just IGT slots, the popular ones such as Rainbow Riches and Deal or No Deal plus a whole bunch of scratchcard style games. There is a second casino operated by the same people called StarSpins, but that has even less games than this one so there seems little reason to play there over Jackpot Joy unless you wish to take both welcome bonuses.

These kinds of sites seem to appeal to the casual gamer more than anything - they concentrate on simple interfaces, only the most popular games, and making sure the experience is as slick as possible on portable devices like phones and tablets as well as laptops and PCs. For me as a more serious gambler (though I do kind of hate saying that out loud!) I miss the wide game selection offered by the big casinos.

I never managed to make a withdrawal here so I can only advise based on what I've heard, and that is the times stated here at AskGamblers are a little on the optimistic side - I hear it's as much as a couple of days even for e-wallets which isn't terrible by any means but not even close to competitive these days. Only ever played it on facebook on the app, very attractive and colourful, although is a recipe for disaster, make sure if you are playing it for real on the Jackpot Joy actual website and have friends that don't play on facebook! A friend of mine lost a 6 grand win as her partner thought what he saw on her laptop after she had gone to bed was the fb game, it wasn't, it was real! Be warned x

I dislike nothing about Jackpot Joy, think they are vibrant and appealing, could do better with promotions tho, more freebies and deposit bonuses.
