The only positive thing about this site is the game providers and the games. Well. Same games as every other site and the page loads just as fast as any other website with little data. Oh, the header has a pleasant color.

Their fees, customer service, verification and withdrawal system. I guess almost any other casino site is better, easier and more helpful. Slow and incompetent 3rd party(?) customer support, terrible webdesign, slow response and some non-functioning withdrawal methods that work on other betting sites.

Used to like the site but honestly nothing is really good anymore...

The support agents seem to be the most clueless I’ve ever experienced. They give you different information regarding promotions, when they are promising to compensate you for the issue - the compensation doesn’t show up. Seriously, where did they get their training? Not aware of how to properly and proffesionelly talk to their clients, not solving the easiest case... I’ve been in contact with them 2 (!!!) days now when my only question was what game the free spins from the daily promotion were on. Aren’t the support agents supposed to keep track on your own promotions?! Been talking to 4 different people, all of them seriously clueless. This is not a way to keep your customers.

Total scam. Never let you take out your winnings. Suddenly freeze your account and cancel your bets and ask for account verification if you have a high value bet in the money.

Internal error on most of the slot can spin once and u have to reload.

Once was a good Casinos not any more. Second time this year the ask me for document to take out money. Customer service is rude and backwards. I have uploaded I think all together 12 documents. If you wanna have a upload document casino this is it. They are stalling the payments and take 24 hours to look at 4 pictures.

No positives for this site. There are quite a few gaming options, but not that good layout.

1. Does not work on iPad

2. They can just close your account to claim ID, address proof, etc. I had ongoing bets there and they closed my account suddenly. I could not open my account until I submitted these. I am not willing to submit any details other than my credit card information to any of these "shady" internet betting sites.

The credit card verification is done when sending money to an account there.

They were not willing to retrieve the money from the account they closed - without submitting all my details - copy of id, copy of proven address, etc. 

So - I rate this as a scam site. Beware. There are other more trustworthy sites out there.

The design, the commercial on swedish tv with the lucky guy.

My experience at folkeautomaten was the worst I had at any casino (and I tried more than 30 casinos). Since I have problems with controlling myself when gambling. The first thing I do when register at a new casino is putting a deposit limit. But at this casino you can only put a deposit limit at the desktop, they don't offer it on mobile. The reason why they don't offer it at mobile is obvious (they do not want to give problem gamblers like me the chance to control there gambling).

I lost 5000 eu in one day and didn't even get a welcome bonus. I closed my account and I have to say that I'm very disappointed.

Just wanted to comment regarding BLONDIE'S review, Folke has lot's of promotion's going every week. If you have not played more than the no deposit bonus there is no reason for them to offer you anything until you became a real player.

I get great offer's every week. " Wager 15€ and get ** freespins" etc. They are great and I have made many withdrawal's. I don't speak Norwegian, but it easy to click "transfer" to get hold of it what they offer. :)

Folkeautomaten is one of the newest casinos that has been added to AskGamblers. I was going through AskGamblers list of no deposit bonuses and then I saw this casino and there was written that new players get 100 NOK or approximately 10€ free upon registration. My country wasn't in the restricted list then (I can see it is now) so I was very happy to see such bonus, because of the fact that they have NetEnt software games and I truly love NetEnt.

I registered and completed registration with phone verification and email verification. I couldn't find the bonus anywhere in my account and since the whole page was only in Norwegian, it took me some time until I contacted live chat. Luckily they spoke English and I was told that this bonus was for limited Norvegian market only and my country wasn't on the list. Besides, I was told that there are no current bonuses available for residents from my country.

Anyways, I still decided to try my luck there with a deposit. I deposited 40€ via Skrill and the money was in my account right away. As my latest obsession is Twin Spin slot that has given me great winnings in the past, I decided to try my luck with it. I placed 0.50€ bets per spin and played around 150 spins, I only could get very low winnings, not only once I got more than 3 reels. And that led me to loosing my balance quite quickly.


There are some nice things about this casino - game selection is good, support works fast too and is professional. They also have a store where if you have enough coins, which you earn with your activities in the casino, which you can use to buy raffle tickets for free spin prizes or buy bonus money itself, but it costs a lot. That is really interesting and if I was a loyal customer, I would like that a lot.

I don't think I will deposit there again because of lack of promotions and the fact that the page is available only in Norvegian.
