May 13. I won and withdrawed 4000 NOK. The withdrawal got approved but I never got the money. After a lot of conversation on live Chat, my money was back on my casino account july 23. They promised me then that the problems that caused the delay would not stop my withdrawal this time, everyone else who had used this method had gotten their money. So in good faith I withdrew them again. It's 24 august today, the money are not on my bancaccount, neither in my casino account. They cant give me an answer either because no one who works in the support knows anything! And it's such a good casino. Played there for years and I have never had a problem with withdrawal from them before.

If your withdrawal was approved over 10 banking days ago, please forward us a bank statement (via email - kunde­­­se­­r­­v­i­c­­­e@f­­­o­l­k­­e­­au­­­to­m­­­at­­e­n.com) dated from the day you made the withdrawal until today's date to investigate this further. Please forward this at your earliest convenience so that we may look into it as quickly as possible.

No.... no the problem is not fixed yet. I am waiting for info about getting my money back from the system since my bank for the third time rejected it. They will not confirm that they wont automatically re send it to the same bank, even though I have Asked them several times.. I have not recieved any New info.
