When I first looked at this Cats And Cash game. NetEnt's Mega Fortune game instantly came into my mind! Perhaps it is a clone of Mega Fortune, but without the huge Jackpot prize, but other than that, the Wheel Bonus symbol does look identical to Mega Fortune's. Another difference is that there's no Free Spins game in Cats And Cash, but is replaced with a Bonus game instead. Okay, so perhaps it is not a cloned game after all, but the two do have some similarities nonetheless.

First thing first, the paytable looks interesting enough, with an excellent win value for getting 5 Wild symbols at 10,000x the line bet (in base game only), which is a real rarity nowadays, if I must say so. The other symbols have good values too, but since there aren't any Free Spins games, those big wins can only come by getting the best out of the Bonus Wheel Respins, whereby up to 5000x can be won in one single spin, but only if played at the maximum bet of course. The Respins would go on for as long as the wheel pointer stops on any of the orange coloured segments, otherwise, the Respin would end on any other coloured segments. So, the more Respins you get, the bigger the wins! However, I really doubt if those Respins could pay more than 5000x the total bet amount.

The other available feature is the Box Bonus game, whereby you pick 1 out of the 10 boxes to win a cash prize of up to 2000x, but from the many Bonus games that I have played, the payouts were usually below 20x, so I'm not really keen on this type of feature game.

Another point to take note is that getting all the 5 Wild symbols can only occur in the base game, since there isn't any Free Spins Game feature to get those, so that 5 Wilds win would represent the best single possible win. Can the best possible win from the Bonus Wheel Respins be better? I really don't know and I cannot say for certain either, until someone somewhere wins it, then only can we know for sure.

I don’t know why but every time when I’m playing with Cats and Cash it seems to me a fine mix of Las Vegas-gangster themed slot even if the name tells everything about its theme and symbols. We can play here with some kind of money cats characters but they’re designed and decorated so well and specific that easily can be imagined a little story around them. Besides the banknotes, gold bars and jewels symbols I like very much the cats characters that illustrate some kind of player types like a fat, rich lady, a gangster, a sexy woman, a croupier and fortunately they have very good graphics.
So I can say I like this slot’s whole atmosphere and nice appearance and find it very clever original idea to replace people with cats. It gives a little charming and cute look to the interface what I can even more enjoy.

The only thing that I can’t understand (or better saying I don’t like) is why these triggering symbols appear on the fourth and fifth reels if it must be on the 1, 2 and 3 reels to trigger feature and they doesn’t pay in themselves?!

Despite of not having free spins to offer I still think it’s a more than correct rewarding game.
