Bush Telegraph Slot

Play for real money

Bush Telegraph is a 15-payline video slot running on the Microgaming software platform.  The Wild Bush is the game’s wild card and the scatter is the Seedpod symbol. Players are invited to test the slot on this page for free or play the game for real money in any of the Microgaming casinos located in the listings.

In order to spin the reels filled with colourful bush babies and other jungle animals, players should set their bet first. “Select Lines” alters the number of active paylines and “Select Coins” chooses the number of coins wagered. Clicking +/- modifies the coin size ranging from 0.01 to 1. “Spin” turns the reels and “Bet Max” spins them at the highest bet. To play the game multiple times uninterrupted, players should click “Expert” and then “Auto Play”.

Players can click “Gamble” after any win to increase their winnings. If they guess the colour of the face-down card correctly, their amount is doubled. Guessing wrong, however, ends the feature. Players can leave the round of their own accord and save their winnings by clicking “Collect”.

3 or more Seedpod scatters will trigger the Free Spin round, wherein players are awarded 10 Free Spins. All regular wins are tripled during the Free Spin feature. The Free Spin round can be re-activated.

The Bongo Bonus game will start when 3 or more Bongo Bonus symbols emerge on the reels. Players can win up to 2,500 coins in this round. They choose among 12 Bongo Drums to uncover their bonus win amount. If 3 symbols activated the game, players can choose 3 times. If 4 symbols lead to the bonus game, players can select 4 drums. If 5 symbols initiated the game, players can pick 5 drums. Players win the total of all the bonus win amounts revealed.

In a concrete jungle, you could hear loud noises of vehicles, horns, screeches and even some occasional mad shouts. In a greeny jungle, you could hear songs of birds and insects, perhaps with an occasional lion's roar right behind you, making you run and hop like a monkey with its tail on fire. But once in awhile, you could hear rhythmic beats coming from some distant drums. Bongo drums? Hmm, probably not, unless you're in a disco. But these are the sounds that make up what is called the 'bush telegraph', of sending messages via rhythmic drum beats, from one jungle tribe to another jungle tribe, or in this case, from birds to wild boars. Birds can beat drums? Hmm, whatever, hehehe.

See that reddish seedpod there? Huh, not there is it? Hmm, never mind. That's the Scatter symbol. Eat that and you'll be scattering to the nearest hospital! Hahaha. 5 of them pays a nice 400x the total bet, and any 3, 4 or 5 of them award 10 free spins with a 3x win multiplier. Yep, more free spins can be retriggered, if you can get them. The Wild symbol, also not shown up there, pays a nice 7500x the line bet for 5 of them on a payline, but other than that, it is a dumb Wild! No paying for itself, no doubling of wins, no expanding, no stacking, no shifting, no nothing. Yes, clever you, except for substituting. The animals pay from 500x down to 250x the line bet, the others paying 125x down to 75x the line bet. Very good for the Wild and Scatter symbols, very low for the others. Why can't these game designers ever get these things right? Hmm, yes, of course, they want more wins, right!

Before I forget, there is also a Bongo Bonus feature game, by getting 3 or more Bongo Bonus symbols consecutively on any payline. Anywhere won't do. They won't make any sound if they don't connect! Hehehe. In this game, you have 12 drums to pick from, not to form your own drum band, but to win cash prizes. Nope, you cannot pick all of them. You can only pick 3. Stingy hah? Yeah! Should have made it pick 6 out of the 12, that would have been more reasonable. Otherwise, just pick 3 out of 5 or 6, not out of 12. Sheesh!

Not sure if this Bush Telegraph is an old game or not, I'm not a Microgaming fan, if you know not, but I quite like the graphics in the game. Could have been much better, but I didn't design this game. Playing it was quite fun too, I must admit. Got quite a number of those Bongo Bonus games, but I always seem to pick the wrong bongos. The best I won was not even 20x my bet. The Free Spins games did better, paying me up to 60x my bet, the best so far that I've got, but with good chances of getting much more then that. For instance, 5 Wilds on a payline in a free spins game would pay 22,500x the line bet! Woohoo! Well, if you can get it of course.
The funny thing is, I didn't win anything from this game, but I know that the Free Spins game can bring in some wonderful big wins, at the right time. For me, it was the wrong time.

Bush Telegraph is probably on top of the worst game`s list. I played it only once. I was playing another game and it was going good, I had more than 100 euros on my balance and I wanted to explore other games. I said to myself that I will spend only a couple of minutes on many games to see how they react, whether they are willing to pay or not. I lost 20 euros in no time. I could not open any bonus feature and I could not land any decent win in this game. I will not waste my precious time on this game again ever.

This is a 5 reel 15 pay lines slot coming from Microgaming software. Some of the symbols include a Monkey, Warthog, Bird, Ace, King, Queen, Jack and 10. The free spins and the bongo bonus are activated by the seedpot symbols and the bongo symbols respectively. There are also wild symbols and they complete a winning combination on an active pay line.

The free spins bonus feature is triggered when 3 or more scatter symbols appear anywhere on the reels. You get 10 free spins and they come with a x 3 multiplier. The Bongo Bonus is another feature of this game. Nothing special I must say. If you get 3 or more of these symbols anywhere on the reels you will activate the bonus game. After that you get 11 bongos from which you have to pick. They all hide some prizes but I did not open this feature. If I could tell from the base game I do not believe that this bonus hides some big wins.
I am familiar with the fact that you cannot win every time you play, but at least I want to have fun and to feel the excitement while I am playing. This game unfortunately does not offer that, so I will not waste my time again on it.
Bush Telegraph it is Microgaming slot game, discovered by me during my 'epic journey' at 32red casino with trying all this games. 150 spins, like usually, and carefully looked at how everything goes.

First of all I could say that game is old, but well, like usually I was caught by awesome painted symbols, and sounds are not that bad too. Just open game if you do not believe and check, it looks really good. Also there is 15 paylines.

Base game gameplay here is similar to many other games from Microgaming, which was released probably at same timeframe. Wilds again without multiplier (damn, Microgaming, why it was so hard for you to add multiplier, make payouts probably even a bit more less, but multiplier it is something which really should go with wild symbols).

Luckily there is two features, awaiting of which does not let me to start sleeping. First of all it is freespins feature, it is triggered by 3 or more scatters. It is award 10 freespins, and all wins are tripled, but still I do not think that 10 freespins is enough, even with x 3 multiplier. I did not triggered this feature during my 150 spins, but then played a bit more, and in about 30 more spins I finally get it. Paid something like 20 x total bet, well, wait so much and do not get any decent rewards, this happens...

Bonus game is starting by 3 or more bonus symbols on active payline, but it just seems very low paying. Won only 10x total bet, funny result. During my 150+ spins at 0.45 bets I lost 10$ only, luckily have couple of moderate wins during base game, but I am not want to play this game again, I did not like it. It looks not bad, but it just seems low potential slot.
Potential is quite low at this game, due to low payouts - I do not like such things.

Bush Telegraph is another 5 reel slot game from Microgaming with 15 paylines. The graphics are a bit more in your face than other games that I have played recently with bright vivid colouring but all symbols are easily recognized and for a half blind fool like myself that earns some brownie points.

I went into this game having a decent string of luck so I was throwing in some heftys bets early and it paid back pretty early for me, I managed to collect 4 of the warthogs within a few minutes and earned a few hundred coins and this was quickly followed by landing 3 seedpods which gave me ten free spins. As I mentioned my luck was in and surprise surprise I landed a nice pot from my free spins (which is an all too irregular occurrence) but things took a turn for the worse after that.
While I still managed to hit a few matches it was as if the big boys left town and I soon wanted out of the bushes rather than being left here with the 10 to Ace symbols which only pay a max of 125 for 5. I didn’t manage to collect five of any symbol myself and being recently converted to enjoying the odd bonus game I left for fresher pastures than what this had to offer. There is a Bongo Bonus included in this game but not having manage to get this myself I cannot really comment.
I would love to say this game has left its mark on me but truth be told there are more tempting fish in the...bushes? No?

All things considered I am going to give Bush Telegraph a rating of 5 out of 10 and should you decide to enter the bushes I hope you find them elusive bongos where I failed :(
Bush Telegraph game is powered by microgaming. This game is just as bad as its name. Honestly with some games I just cant help but wonder ‘what were they thinking when they made this game?’. I think there was a competition to create the worst game and this game was one of the runners up. Seriously so bad and boring.

Getting the bonus or free spins doesn’t even excite me. I don’t know why I play this game maybe because its so bad that it makes me laugh. There are 15 lines in this game and it has two features. There is a free spins feature and a Bongo bonus. To get the free spins you have to get three or more scatters anywhere on the reels. This award you with 10 free spins and all wins tripled. I play this game on all bets ranging from €0.15 to €0.75. I have never won over €20 on free spins even though I retriggered them few times. The wins are small and never come out. Sometimes all of the free spins have no wins.

The Bongo bonus is awarded when you get three or more bongo drums on a pay line from left to right. For three Bongos you get three picks, for four you get four and for five you get five.I never got five bongos and max I won on it was around €12. Very disappointing features. I would not recommend this game to my enemy and if I was to rate it I would give it 2 out of 10. The only reason for 2 would be that I think there are worst games that this out there. Hope you enjoyed my review and have a nice day:)

Bush Telegraph a 15 paylines slot from Microgaming. It's composed of 3 animals with bongos and your commonly known letter/number symbols. This is a slot for me to not get carried away, only to feed my bets slowly on Bush Telegraph. I happen to find an opportunity to give some time to play this slot only when I have over $75 or so. It is the way that the slot pays.....it's not too strong to spend hours with. Most often winnings come close to my $0.75 bets which is the maximum 5 coins this slot can take. However some spins resulted for $3 and $5....especially if I find 4 boars.

The most ridiculous thing on a spin happened when I spun Bush Telegraph one time and it literally gave me a broken lined bonus! This meant an upside down V shaped payline of 4 scattered bongo drums while the 3rd reel had no intention of giving the bonus to me. Once the bonus drums stopped showing on the 3rd reel...it's already over for my chance but it could be happening early should bonus drums not appear or line up in the 2nd reel (From the first reel and second reel, two bonus symbols away from each other...opposite ends of reels) or not come into contact of landing in an active payline. What a rush that gave me...bonus symbol, bonus symbol, thinking I will reap from trigger then pow...nothing on 3rd reel followed by twice the mockings I received with the other 2 bonus symbols. These are not the traditional scatters. They need to begin from the first reel left to right on adjacent reels. Too bad right? Had they been "any paying scatters" I would have a medium powered bonus as the strength of pays depends on how many scatters come forth! It's not all bad I mean for 3 drums to trigger the bonus it gave me a small $9.60 for 3 bongo picks in the bonus. It's just too frustrating to have them line up each other...the many efforts of triggering the bonus. So many failed attempts. It is best to expect the free spins, at least they can fly with wings unlike the bonus symbols....the land monsters they are. 10 Free spins at 3x gave me a nice $38 win! I thought my last 3 free spins was it but I had landed another retrigger for Bush Telegraph to show me more gratitude! Once my set of free spins finished it gave me a $25 immediately after 3 normal spins for 5 Boars!

Wow, this slot knows I want to get paid! Hard to come by bongo bonus that is like Mermaid Millions' Treasure bonus (only with Bongos), slightly easier access to 10 Free spins at 3x, a slot paying often by way of small to above average winnings and a fun gamble feature that I use occasionally depending on my situation. Bush Telegraph is a 7 out of 10!
