Not so bad actually, except for the non-paying Wild and the low-paying Scatter symbols.

For a circus themed game, expect to be entertained by the clowns and the animals only. There aren't any Free Spins game. There aren't any Bonus game. There aren't any randomly activated feature game either. So, laugh with the clown, or cry with the baby! You either make it good and enjoy the show, or go back home barefooted, so to speak, hehehe.

For such an expensive game to play, I have played this Big Top game only once using my deposited money, but played it many times with the casino's fun money. I ain't gonna let no monkey steal my wallet whilst I'm happily laughing away at the clowns! Nosirree! So, how was it? The game, or the monkey? The game wasn't any good, but wasn't too bad either. My small balance kept going up and down a few times. The monkey, that rascal little monkey, it scattered away with my deposited money, but luckily not with my wallet! Yep, I chained my wallet to my belt! Hahaha.

Personally, I think Microgaming made a gross mistake by starting with such a high minimum bet per spin. This game could have been more fun and popular playing with the usual small minimum bets, because the chances of making mediocre profits are quite good. I wouldn't dare say big profits, because the Wilds are literally too dumb to assist!

This game has only 5 reels and 9 pay lines and the main theme here is the circus. What I found interesting with this game is that the minimum bet is really high 2.25 euros for a spin. Now you know that I did not spend a lot of time playing this slot. I do not want to spend my hard earned money on a game that I am not familiar with and I do not know how it will react. Good thing is that this game has not got any special features so you do not have to chase it. I played only 50 spins, I was 10 euros in plus when I decided to leave this game though. Probably I was not prepared for risks and surprises at that moment.

Some of the symbols of this game include clowns, monkeys, elephants on bikes, performing seals. Of course, I believe that there is no game, or older slot without the boring card symbols that go from 10 through K in this game. The wild in this game is the clown with the word wild written on it, and it can replace all symbols to make a winning combination. There is a regular clown symbol in this game so do not be confused. The scatter symbol is the monkey. It does not trigger any feature but for 3, 4 or 5 scatters you get 2, 10 or 50 respectively.

All in all, I must say that this game is still uncharted territory for me. I did not spend enough time on it to see if it is good or not. I did not give it a chance but I will for sure run into it again and see for myself, make some spins and hopefully earn some cash on it.

Game looks old. Really, usually in my other reviews I am saying 'game is old, but it's ok, it looks not bad'. But this one probably even older than old and looks absolutely not interesting. There is also 9 paylines.

When I checked paytable - well, I decide to close this game. Absolutely not interesting, and I do not know who will wish to play this game. But since I opened it, downloaded, I decide that I play it 100 spins. First of all, we have only base game. Yes, no any feature at this slot, this is just not interesting. Wilds presented, appear on all reels, but do not have payout itself, and also do not have anything special, even do not have multiplier. So what the point of such wilds? Really do not know. Like I said, there is no features, no freespins, no bonus games, just nothing happens, you spin - you get result, nothing to wait, nothing to expect. I was also surprised that there are scatters! Scatters pay on any position, like usual, but do not start any feature. Also 5 scatters according to paytable pay only 50x total bet, which is extremely low.

Okay, I put game on 100 autospins, with 0.45 bets. I thought that game like this unlikely it a lot of money. During 100 spins I lost around 20$...Just stupid, no big wins, nothing, I am generally burn my 20$ without chances to get it back. Did I like this slot? - No, no, never. Will I play this slot again? - No chance, even if I open game by mistake, I will not be fooled again and play any spins on it.

Big Top is a circus themed slot of just 9 paylines. It's very decent, small but each spin can be expensive in the eyes of every player that approaches this slot! The reason being that this slot is expensive is because each spin costs a minimum $2.25 bet! That same exact bet can be used on a Progressive slot like King Cashalot for example. At least, on there will be a chance to not only land the Treasure bonus but a chance at hitting the jackpot!

When I entered the Big Top slot I had $45 set up automatically! They really should dismiss putting something like this on slots.....one mistake and the tides of fate can turn into a wonderful celebration or most likely a devastating plane crash starting from the top to landing horribly to the ground (imitating the explosion)! I became tired of these sights although I wasn't fully on my way of leaving this slot so I gave it a try. I lowered my bets for $2.25 being it as the lowest amount to spin and as I watched my bets, they produced a variety of results. $2.25 bets of mine turned into $16.25 from 2 Big Top symbols on the very bottom of the first 2 reels then two cats wearing a top hat on the 4th payline, it's my second highest win. The 2 scattered could of hit for 3 on the last 3 reels but came short of 1. Anyways, it was just a small 2x win had I completed them for 3 scatters. Other spins had nothing, $2.50, $4.50, $5, and one of my highest to date on Big Top is $22.50 for 4 scattered monkey clowns. It's not the greatest slot but it does however in my opinion pay much looser.

Some of you might be turned off by this slot further as it doesn't have any features to trigger for. If you can appreciate Big Top for it's wins on such a shark bitten bet of $2.25 then it may give you something better in return! Big Top is a 7.5 out of 10 as a final score!
