Bermuda Triangle slot is a very old game from Playtech. I rarely play this kind of games but this one has a theme that piques my curiosity. Bermuda triangle is a large are that covers most of West Florida that is considered as a place where something mysterious is happening. I think this is only an exaggeration but still it is a good theme for an online slot. Frankly, I have played this game only once to try it and that was it. I made a deposit of 10 euros and while I was scrolling I found the Bermuda triangle. I have started playing on a min bet but still I have managed to lose all my money very fast. The reason I have played the game is because it is an old slot and it is still available so I thought that it is worth trying it. I was wrong I guess.

This is a 3 reels and only 5 pay lines video slot game. The background is a stormy ocean of course and on the top left corner you can see a plane that is probably falling in the ocean. Everything is so simple here in this slot. There are only 5 symbols which include an aero plane, a ship, an octopus, a shark and a dolphin. The game play is very simple too. There are no free spins or a bonus round that is unique to the game. I suppose this is a game for beginners or for people who cannot let go of the past and start playing all those new slots that are available now.

While I was playing the game I did not manage to land any good symbol and to win something. Most of the spins were empty with no win at all. I have tried the game and I am not going back again.

Mention Bermuda Triangle and everyone knows what that name refers to, and what it could do. Ask if anyone would want to go there and you'll get a "are you crazy?" answer. Well, I'm not talking about THAT Bermuda Triangle, where ships and planes got lost and never could be found, or like that plane that got lost but was suddenly found somewhere else about 40 years later. Now that Bermuda Triangle is indeed a damn mysterious part of an ocean. This Bermuda Triangle isn't mysterious at all, nosirree. No ships can get lost, no planes can get lost either, except maybe your money. Hahaha.

Yep, playing a 3-reels 5-paylines game is a little unusual nowadays, what with everything else having 5-reels, 6-reels, and with even 5 rows of play lines. 3-reels games are from the days of the 'one-arm bandit', but still surviving nowadays, because some older folks just cannot let go of the past, whilst some younger ones want to experience the past, so which one are you? For me, I don't play it, until I have to, simply for a review, hehehe.

Themed on the actual Bermuda Triangle, we have symbols of sailing boats and planes, of sharks and dolphins, and even of squids or octopuses. The Sailing Boat is the highest paying symbol and pays differently, according on which payline it appears on, from 400x on line 1, to 1000x the line bet on line 5. The plane, the next highest symbol, pays 150x, whilst the rest pays 100x, 75x, 50x, 25x, and the smallest win at 10x. The minimum bet per spin to start playing is just $0.05 for 5 paylines, so anybody can play this game! Well, until you've tried it, things will never be the same. Why? Because, you'll either like it, or find it such a lame! Hahaha.

Being a 5-reels 3-rows man for more than 15 years now, playing on any 3-reels game can be such a bore! Nothing thrilling, nothing exciting, except when you win. But then again, you'd probably go "is that all?" Well, I did! Hahaha.

I wouldn’t say that Bermuda Triangle would be the best looking slot I’ve ever seen and if I want to be hones I’ve got many problems with its appearance and design. First of all, it has poor graphics quality even if I consider it just a 3-reel, 5-payline mini slot. The symbols the game uses are ugly and they’re not an example of a fine pictorial work and because they illustrate dolphins, octopuses, ships and planes I can’t even say they would be well fitting to each other. Somehow they really seem to me just some scratches which are lack of any little titivation's or any fine-tuning. Sadly the game also has weak design quality as the paytable on the screen is not too well arranged and what I always hated the payline marker lines are visible during the reels are spinning and this is really can be bothering at times. The other thing that I never understood why Playtech doesn’t take much attention to its classic slot series while they making really quality multi-line slots. I don’t think the classic product fan would deserve such kind of not good discrimination.

Anyway, the slot can be played with 1-5 lines while the bets can be varied from €0.01 up to €100 per line (I really would like to meet that gambler who’s playing this game with €100 line bet) and the top prize the slot offers is 1000 times of line bet which can be achieved with a win by Ship symbols if they’re landed on the reels from special arrangement. I mean there are 5 modes how this symbol can form a winning combination on the reels and it really matters where they are because every single win with it has different paying ability. The traditional center line win is worth less (x400) while the Jackpot win symbols must be formed diagonally started from the bottom position of the leftmost reel.

The slot doesn’t have any plus that would influence the game play in positive way but I think it wouldn’t hurt if a Wild or any multiplier value would have been assigned because in this form as the game’s working now it’s really a bad paying product. It doesn’t matter whether I play with just one payline or use all of them the final result stays the same which is not good enough to make me think I would play with a good game. There are many, many cold streaks when really nothing happens and sometimes I feel myself bored by the monotony and just seeing my balance is decreasing. I really can’t recommend this slot anyone because I believe there’s really nothing here that would satisfy any desire or expectations what we’ve got when we’re sitting in front of the computer to spend our time with a gambling product.
