Games Global continues its expansion across global markets after the successful acquisition of the B2B assets of Digital Gaming Corporation (DGC B2B). DGC B2B was previously owned by Super Group until they sold the B2B part of the company, which officially became part of Games Global on 1 February.
An Acquisition That Opens a New Market
The DGC B2B acquisition allowed Games Global to access dynamic US markets. The US iGaming markets are all but dull, with regulations changing constantly and many states looking to legalise online gambling and sports betting. The ones where online gambling is already legal are bringing lots of business to operators and software providers alike.
Walter Bugno, CEO at Games Global, commented on the acquisition: “We are excited about the successful acquisition of DGC B2B, which enables our immediate entry into the fast-growing U.S. market and aligns seamlessly with our vision to become a leader in the global gaming industry.
This move not only strengthens our global position, it also allows us to further innovate and deliver incredible experiences to operators and their players.
Games Global can now work with leading iGaming operators in the US that DGC B2B has connections with as the outcome of the acquisition.
New Players Getting Access to Jackpot Titles
Games Global has a vast network of iGaming studios, making their game portfolio very diverse and innovative, given that some of those studios are quite young. The Software provider boasts a portfolio of over 1,300 proprietary games that will now find their way to numerous US players.
Games Global portfolio is home to some of the biggest progressive jackpot networks in the world, like WowPot and Mega Moolah jackpots.
Neal Menashe, CEO of Super Group, said: “We are pleased to have brought this sale to a close. Going forward, our team can continue focusing on our global B2C growth.
Games Global is a valued long-term partner of ours, and DGC’s B2B division is in good hands. We wish them all the best,” Menashe concluded.
