Hi I had a win at winging of Tuesday just gone now it's Saturday which isn't a great length of time however to be sure I had zero problems on Tuesday I made a phone call to customer service as getting communication on live chat is useless. Spoke to rep on phone was told to supply usual in my case photo I'd recent utility bill and credit card I explained at the time I have the most recent card I deposited with but a previous one I'm unsure of whereabouts I was told that's fine as long as I have the most recent one. Now since then I have been in contact everyday as they have asked for something else everyday originally it was a more clear photo of my license as its faded a bit not such a problem then yesterday I look and my withdrawal had been reversed no contact from them so I call again and was told I was missing a document they asked for in which they hadn't. It was my older credit card searched the house hi and low found it sent pictures off. The rep I spoke to said it was all that was needed to finalise verification so I was happy. Few hours later I get an email saying I've not supplied them funny but about that was at bottom of that email was the stuff I had written on the email with pic attached. So fast forward to this evening I get an email saying they now need a selfie with my photo I'd which I found odd but sent it anyway then made another phone call spoke to rep told him it seems to be a delay in payment tactic as there's no where in their guidelines that states this is necessary. His reply is that it's required by the gambling commission. I told him that is false and have never had this sort of hassle with any other casino. He also said once I've sent the doc that they request that will be it and I'll be verified to which I replied that I'm having trouble believing this as I've been replying to requests all week and they just keep asking more did get a little cheeky and said I'm worried I'll get to Monday and they'll ask for a picture of my dog lol. He also suggested that I've never had this hassle with any other casino before because they don't take their security seriously. At the end after getting no where I said thank you for nothing it's time I came here to make a complaint so here I am. WinTingo Casino - Non payment of winnings
I am very upset this casino said many excuses for not paying me i have sent in many emails for me and them I won the money in October 2016 on a no deposit bonus of $75 which I sent in pic of history of bonus I won the money off the bonus they gave me on the 24th of October of 2016 I tried to withdraw the winnings was 3550$us i never wagered any of the winnings i wanted to withdrawal it all and the casino has come up with a number of different reasons for not paying me then they asked me to letter from bank with very specific words which took me nearly a month to get and then they said they would honour the withdraw im not making any of this up i have many emails proving my case then the letter from the bank wasn't good enough even though it contained everything they asked they wanted it stamped then after I sent that email they said they would get back to me in 24-48-72 hours no email returned to me they keep saying i won the money off the card that is in my partners name which I have a joint account with him they i told them first this that we had a joint account I have sent them over 75emails trying to verify my account then ythey said i had to take it out in $750 increments so i asked to see some proof of this rule and they couldn't show me anything in writing i claimed my playing bonus which added up to 10$us and i had already had put in for one withdrawal of $750 then a man named Amos told me to withdrawal the rest of my winnings with added up to 2800 which the service officer told me to then they took my winnings for so many different excuses i had the winnings in my account for a month and had been knocked back and asked for so many documents even asked for my partners birth certificate and took a picture of him holding it with his face in it even asked for a letter of authorisation from my partner everything you can asked for i have many emails proving my claims that go back to last year im not making any of this up i need someone to investigate this and help me im disabled and i have done everything possible there keeping my winnings illegally and using excused that are not true

WinTingo Casino - Delaying verification and withdrawal
On June 27 requested first withdrawal. Verification request followed next and everything was sent immediately. After three days asked what's the status and it was said that verification is still taking place. Later they asked to upload documents in my profile. Since they had blocked my account on verification process, I replied that I can only send via e-mail and it is impossible what they ask. After clearing out that e-mail with attachment is fine. Nevertheless, i got similar requests three (!!!) more times. After each case they kind of admitted that all is good. Then came another document request - my selfie with ID document. So, I sent that and asked to confirm if they have received. Got such confirmation (this was not auto reply confirmation since it come some 12 hours later and specifically referring to my question ). After a few days I again checked how it is going. It turned out that despite confirmation of receiving documents actually they haven't received these docs (at least they claim so). So, I sent one more time and again after 12 hours got confirmation they have received. So, it is now 11 days of verification process going with no signs it could be done anywhere close in a future. Needless to say that I sent everything ASAP - this is not the first verification process I am going through. The worst part here is that support people are totally incompetent and replies take a long time. Document that are sent are lost, they give false answers, promise things that does not happen and ask impossible things (account is blocked, but they ask to login and upload docs). Situation is especially tragic when case is taken over by different agents - they get lost very quickly. This verification process usually take 1 day in decent casinos, but it is nonsense here. After googling a bit, I realised that there have been a lot of cases like that, including complaints in askgamblers.com. No idea if this can be solved, but at least there should be note at this casino is is some sort blacklist.

There are absolutely nothing to like. I liked when I stopped receiving spam from this scam. But I had to do it by redlisting their phone number and mail address.

This has been the worst casino experience of them all. In all ways. I didn't get any of promised bonuses without contacting to support via e-mail. The live chat customer service is a bot, which average response time is several minutes. Ultimately the chat disconnects after tens of minutes of useless waiting.

The casino keeps spamming your phone number and email few times a week even after you have unsubscribed from them. Customer service via email promised to help and make them stop but they didn't.

Do not ever, EVER give your email nor phone number to this hoax of a casino!

I remember I had signed up at this Microgaming casino many years ago, probably more than 5 years by now, but I really cannot remember much of it now. At that moment in time, I was not interested in any Microgaming casinos any more, due to all my bad experiences at those casinos, so I had probably left WinTingo in a dormant state, or I may even have closed the account permanently. I really don't know.

Anyway, after getting to like back some Microgaming games this year, I had wanted to go back to WinTingo Casino to have a fresh look at what the casino has to offer, but I just couldn't do a login. I tried all my old and new usernames and passwords but to no avail. That was a little disappointing to me, but come to think of it, perhaps it's better that I still cannot get access to that old account of mine. I can still play Microgaming games at various other casinos whenever I want to, so missing out on this WinTingo Casino isn't a big deal at all.

I like the name and Minimum $10 deposit - but wait that is in US money plus fees and extras you got me good nice one.

For Australian people even if you make an Australian account do not use paysafe as you cant deposit $10 but they accept $14 and in the end you are paying fees plus in US money so approx$19.51 ... what will I do with my .049 cents change hmmm

The games they have are also on many many other sites. I also won $3000 never did get my money in 2 weeks later there reasons were my id verification in which the 7 other casinos I played and won at all my id was fine never got refused to pay me my winnings. I even contacted there licensing provider which is Malta gaming authority which was useless took them another week to even get back to me just to say what wintingo's excuse was not to pay me, after 2 and a half weeks I ended playing out my winnings as I realized I was never going to get my winnings. I will go to my grave to see the casino closes.

The live chat and support is a joke. I received 2 to 3 emails a day during my withdrawal period every one from a different staff member and each one with a different excuse as to why they still could not send me my money. Correct me if I'm wrong but us gamers play for the pleasure the break away from life's craziness .Everything that feels good to us costs something in life. The worst casino I have ever played at!! Its got nothing to do with the games at all, payments are disgraceful.... I had an amount of $15,000 owing, they said they can only pay out 5000 per week and then they refund the rest back into your account. Leaving you to go back on every single week and withdraw. And in addition they got 12% commission from the withdrawals!
2 weeks to get approval to the documents and after that i lost everything due to the delay in the withdrawals!

Wintingo Casino is among the players from some Eastern European countries are very popular. In my opinion this popularity is not entirely justified. Although the selection of games is correct, not like the speed of withdraw, and slow customer support. I am waiting for payment three days after that, I got a request to send the documents in order to confirm my account. After sending documents, a full three days I did not get an answer, and then I contacted them by telephone. After that, speed up the verification process and after two days I received money on account. In total, eight days to pay too much for a company that wants to build a reputation in the harsh world of online gambling. For me they have not left the impression of someone who is ready to resist the biggest challenges in this business.

At first I liked the look of this casino and the offer of 100% match + 50 free spins was a good deal so I thought. Most casinos offer 100% match but I also liked the free spins bonus. The worst casino I have ever played at!! Its got nothing to do with the games at all, payments are disgraceful.... I had an amount of $37,000 owing, they said they can only pay out 1500 and then they refund the rest back into your account. leaving you to go back on every single week and withdraw again.

So if you were to in the mega moola and win $1 million it will take more then 2 life times to get paid. Also it takes 15-20 minutes to get a response on chat.

The last thing is verifying documents..... after sending off about 15 documents to prove its me.
