Virgin Games - Unjustified account closure after asking about my withdrawal in their Live Chat, no sign from my payment ever since
I Won 100GBP, went on chat to ask about method issue I did not understand, then this happened...

I went back to say I will answer the questions because I wish to check withdrwal status and as seen in above chat, was told it would be fine to confirm with UKGC and if they confirm Virgin games statement, I'll answer their questions....again....for second time.

Phoned their 0800 No. to discover, 6 month Ban, zero explanation. I have no idad where my with withdrawal is or even if its been withdrawn.

This is a total disgrace.

Virgin Casino - Miserable verification

I have never senn such a bad willing casino. I wanted to play even deposit (I am so lucky that I didn't do that) but today when I wanted to sign in it was said that my account was closed. Richard: I've sent them 3 times the neccessary documnets, the copies of my utilitty bills. I don't understand how they cannot accept that here in Hungary we can pay our utility expenses through the post office in so called yellow cheque.

I also sent them the copy of my ID card and the Official Address Verification document that everybody has here in Hungary. All the police people have to accept it because it is our state document. But it is not good for the casino. It's horse-laughing.

What would they have done if I had deposited? They would have accepted my deposit and then suspended my accoiunt? They are very unfair. Be careful with them.

Been playing with Virgin Games for well over a year now, and it’s possibly one on the best casinos I use. It has a good selection of games to suit most tastes, withdraws are super quick and hassle free, verification process is easy to follow and completed at the casino side immediately.

Had a few calls from them just checking up on me, usually after a heavy loss or a big win, agents are first class and truly have your back.

Where Virgin games rise above all others are with there daily free games (you must have made a deposit of minimum to qualify), these games run on a 7 day period Mon - Sun enabling you to win either cash or free spin awards.

You also have a end of month game with picks from the amount of days you have played the free games. Last month, with no deposit, I played the end of month game and withdrew 200GBP, it was in my bank account within 25 mins.

Like any casino you will have losses to content with and it could have a better selection of game providers, apart from that, truly a first class UK casino.

There a a few ok slots that haven't been made in a matter of minutes. The pay out is quickish when you withdraw. I don't go on this site loads the win ratio is ok but I'm a small gambler. CH Indie is a nice person and good at his / her job.

I hate when I go to play slots how online chat appears. Several times I say hello. No one ever replies. Tonight I tried to make banter with the CH and he was more interested in the regulars and dismissed me saying enjoy your games. I suffer from massive depression and social anxiety. Payout is fast when u get one

1. Think female host in bingo chat are very rude

Good when I played, they do look after you. When you are a member, payouts and rewards are good, and customer service is outstanding. But unfortunately I have to leave a bad review.

Horrible verification process that took 2 months.

Lifetime deposits of £9100 and no bonus or freebie due to their inefficient verification process. Due to this I can’t recommend the casino if you are a high roller.
