A very good offering overall. My WIN/LOSE ratio must have been towards the wrong end of the spectrum because there would be no way the unprecedented unlucky streak that I experienced would have returning customers. Variety is good, bonuses ok, depositing great, withdrawal could be faster.


The customer support are either the first version of an AI trial or some/most of the human customer support people do not actually care about their customers. I understand there would be the standard answers/greetings etc that would be used across all the customer service operators, and that's fine. What does really lose them are the obscure questions half way through a inquiry. Requesting a bonus credit, the answer there should be yes or no thanks, but when awaiting a reply that can take up to 20mins,your really only after an answer to your request. After you've been waiting for and answer to your inquiry this is asked "how are you today" "hows the weather" & my favorite what would u do if you won the jackpot". In all honesty we both know you don't care what I say, but its a tactic/advert

Mummy's Gold is one of my favourite casino's from the Palace Group of Casino's along with Spin Palace. I very much prefer solely Microgaming platform casino's these days as I find they run better, have higher quality games and generally have pretty decent Wagering Requirements (WR) associated to the individual casino brands... (see the below comments under the 'dislike' tab to see what I mean when I say "generally have decent WR Loving the updated deal a day offers which are usually around 65% for the first deposit which are followed by approx. 10 other in play deposit offers/spins each day which range from between 25%-100% (usually I get a few 50% and 70% reload in-play offers but also seem to manage a few 100% reload offers too which is fantastic.

The Palace Group of Casino's also employ very friendly and helpful staff which I am always chatting too which is always great because there are some online casino's have shocking customer service reps... As for the bonuses, the WR is set at 50X bonus funds received (usually).... See the below comments under the 'dislike' section where I have explained what I mean by the WR requirement is "u s u a l l y" defined as 50X bonus funds received)

All in all, I am pretty happy being an active member of the Mummy's Gold online casino


***Please, any comments, questions or feedback from any of the Palace group moderators from this site are all welcome, maybe you could shed some light on the WR issue I have been faced with***

Considering how much of a loyal customer/depositor I am to the Palace Group and its Casino brands, I was quite shocked (and left feeling as though I have been singled out and punished for no apparent reason) to discover that my WR terms had been altered (at the Casino's discretion) meaning that my WR for each and every form of bonus received had the number of times required to be wagered increased significantly from the stock standard 50X WR to such an unreasonable 70X WR which for a Microgaming casino is pretty unheard of nowadays.I think the reason behind me feeling the way I do is that when I initially discovered the discrepancies with bonus play through figures (which I obtain from the Casino Connect app) only realizing the issue and contacting the casino support desk to be told that at the discretion of casino management, certain (but not all) accounts had their bonus WR increased from the 50X to 70X quite some time ago now and that I must be one of those unfortunate members who was affected by this just got me a tad annoyed because I’m left wondering why??? Why my account, why not everyone’s account...OK maybe someone who doesn’t play much or hardly deposits would have this applied to their account but I deposit a very considerable amount into all of my casino accounts under the Palace Group of Casino’s so it really doesn’t make sense as to why you would, in a way, punish one of your loyal customers and to top it off, I was never informed by any form of correspondence of this major adjustment on my account... Yes I know that there is a clause under the terms and conditions with most casino saying that final decisions will be made by the casino management at their discretion but a simple email or phone call to the customer would have gone a long way.

Now I have also done my homework and reviewed the Palace Group Bonus System terms and conditions document which was last updated: February 17 2015 (09:23) (GMT) which can be found via this link:

So there has to be some reasoning as to why certain casino account holders are treated differently than the majority as we're now not all bound by the same bonus wagering conditions and I believe that those effected deserve the right to know why, I think that is a fair call from my behalf, right?

Apart from the above, I have no other issues with the casino at all and will continue to remain a customer but would like some light shed on this issue, please.

This casino, as well as Spin Palace and Ruby Fortune, belongs to The Palace groups of casinos. I have never until now had a deposit in one of these three casinos but I have no doubt that they are safe casinos that you can trust. First of all, I say that because the casinos have eCogra certificate and are licensed by the Government of Malta.

It is a classic Microgaming casino. You have a choice between an instant play and downloadable casino. Whenever I have the opportunity I choose the downloadable casino. The reason is that it seems to me that some games work better on the download software. Also, all casinos from this group are online for a long time. For example, Mummy's Gold was established in 2003. Although I never had a deposit at this casino, I played here several times. Several times from Mummy's Gold I received some free spins.

Welcome bonus of 100% with wagering requirements of 50 x bonus offered by this casino for me is one average offer for some Microgaming casino. Sure there are Microgaming Casinos that offer bonuses with lower wagering requirements but 50 x bonus is still acceptable. The welcome offer is no longer valid for me because I did not used it on time, but this casino also offers some other interesting bonuses as well as a large selection of Microgaming Multiplayer Slot tournaments. I love this tournaments and I believe that with good tactics and a little luck you can earn well on them.

Mummy's Gold has a live chat support available 24 hours every day of the week. So far I have never contacted the casino support in this casino but I did at Spin Palace. I suppose that these casinos, as belongs to the same group of casinos, share the same live chat support. If my assumption is correct, then Mummy's Gold has a good and fast live chat support.
