Lucky 31 Casino - Withdrawal Issue Unreasonable Refusal of Revolut Payment
I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from Lucky31, but the casino is refusing to process my withdrawal to my Revolut account.

Key facts:

My account is fully verified, and all KYC documents have been submitted and approved.

I deposited using Revolut without any issue. Revolut is a regulated financial institution within the EU/EEA and provides me with an Irish IBAN and SWIFT/BIC.

Despite this, Lucky31 refuses to process my withdrawal to Revolut. Instead, they insist I must open a traditional Irish bank account and provide a statement, even though Revolut already meets all the requirements they list (name, IBAN, BIC, bank logo).

Their Payments Team has explicitly told me that their decision is “final and not subject to change.”

This demand is unreasonable and discriminatory. Forcing me to open a separate Irish bank account is not in line with fair gaming practices or their own Terms and Conditions. By refusing to process my withdrawal via Revolut or any of their other listed methods, Lucky31 is effectively denying me access to my legitimate winnings.

I have attached the full email correspondence as proof, showing how Lucky31 repeatedly rejects Revolut and insists on an unnecessary Irish bank account.

My Request:
I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene and ensure Lucky31 processes my withdrawal to my Revolut account without further unreasonable delays.

Lucky 31 Casino - Missing Etransfer deposit

So on Feb. 21, 2022 I made a deposit by e-transfer to the casino for $21.00. It was not the first time I've used that method and it has worked in the past before this... It was accepted and I waited at least an hour afterward for it to show up in my bankroll and it never did... So I got onto the live chat and was asked to get the interac transaction ID for that etransfer and send a screenshot of my banking app so I provided those, the agent said that was enough info and she would send it to the financial department and I would hear back by email... Someone did get back to me and after a couple of different msgs I was told that they needed a screenshot of the transaction with my name (account holder) on the same page... In otherwords a pic of my bank statement which wasn't available for at least a week since you don't get it till the end of the month... So that time comes I actually had forgotten about it for a while and when I remembered I sent the email with what they asked for... It is now the 18th of March almost a month later and still nothing, I have emailed inquiring several times and basically get we are still looking into it reply every time and asked to be patient... I think a month is pretty patient... this is unacceptable... I am complaining on here since they don't listen there... I never had any problems with them before but this last deposit really left a sour taste in my mouth... get it together already... ridiculous.

Lucky 31 Casino - I was able to deposit OVER my active weekly deposit limit

On December 10, I experienced a responsible gaming problem on lucky 31.


I have a deposit limit on my Lucky31 account (50eu/week) as you can see in the attachment.

On December 10, I tried to deposit and, to my surprise, I was able to deposit over my limits! Then I deposited 1100eur without problems.


To remind, my limits on this site are 50eur/week. I deposited 1100eur December 10!


I went to the live support asking why am I able to deposit if I fixed limits. They told me that it's my fault because I deposited. First, it is a breach from the casinos. Their limits don't work at all!

I don't know what's clearer than the limits I fixed (see screenshot in attach). 50eu/week, easy as that! Today my account has NO LIMIT even if I settled my weekly limit.


I ask the refund of my 1100eur deposit on my bank account for breach over the deposit and limit system. I think responsible gaming is one of the most important things in gambling. They clearly did not respect this. I try not to play very often and they continue to keep my account with no limit deposits even if I settled limits. I had the same problem with FATBOSS (same group). Seems like there are serious problems with this group with responsible gaming.


In attachement, all evidences and the chat confirms the problems with limits and that my limit of 50/week was fixed in 2017.


If I can ask for ALL deposits I made from 2017 till today, I want to ask the refund of these deposits. Not only the deposits I did on December 10.

Lucky 31 Casino - Unfairly closing account and confiscating balance

Lucky 31 has closed my account with a balance of $4,545. Their reasoning is that I did not use my real name at the casino, which is absurd. I have two first names. I registered with the first of my two first names, as this is what I use day to day. When I sent my documents to verify my account, the casino asked me about this and I told them exactly this and was honestly puzzled as to why they were even asking me about such a minute detail. They responded with this email: "Thanks again for your email. Before any further do, we're treating you with all due respect. We also gave you the opportunity to express and explain yourself, however, the reasonable explanation never came. Based and stated in our Terms & Conditions, your account has been permanently closed and your funds blocked. We do not tolerate or accept inconsistencies at the registration point, we take it very seriously, as it could affect our business & reputation along the way." I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and think something got lost in translation somewhere, but this whole ordeal seems bizarre to me. It seems more likely they are just looking for any reason at all to keep my winnings. I hope I am being clear. It's kind of hard to explain this situation without putting out my personal details. I would be glad to private message you a more exact explanation.

As I said in the latest email, it is clearly a typo and in no way an attempt to misrepresent myself. Or maybe they are mistaken, I cant log into my account to verify what they say. I do have an account at casino extra, a sister casino, and can confirm that all of my information is correct there. For what its worth I have $3,546 in deposits at lucky 31 and no cashouts, and also $1,950 in deposits at casino extra with no cashouts. So if I supposedly did make some error when I registered that nullifies my account, at the very least I think I should receive my deposits back. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Ok so here is my most up to date review of this casino and after wagering thousands over the weekend I've found a few things that must be mentioned! So let's start with the good.
. The casino approved my withdrawal within 3 hours
. The withdrawal reached my bank within the same amount of time
. The casino support is quick to reply and ask security questions at the beginning which I feel is a great thing for personal security
. The casino in particular SAM is great. I mentioned games weren't working in the UK and they removed all the games that aren't available for UK players.

- I am still get a lot of technical errors when loading slots or playing them. they replied to my previous review saying the replicated the issue and did not detect it however I am constantly running into stability issues !

- I had deposit issues on this website for over a month !!! issues being that it would say transaction declined and/or card limit reached. However I would have a new card verified and it was suppose to work. Live chat were no help in this matter
- Another massive issue. The depositing in this site is shocking one deposit might come through instantly, another might take a day to be added and most common of all transaction declined.

Would I recommend this casino. YES, why ? Well number one reason I received my withdrawal within one day of asking for it. The website looks clean with the red and white tone. However send me a nice bonus to make me want to come back as I will say they are plenty of other casinos out there.

Now lets move on to some bad, and trust me there is plenty. SAM if you see this please implement changes.
. When you deposit it is completely random as to when the deposit will be added to your account, I deposited 50 x2 now and each time I have had to wait 30 minutes or hours for it to arrive.
. When you first launch a game, if you click fullscreen while the game is still loading the game won't load at all.
. When playing a slot, after about 100spins the site becomes really unstable and the game keeps crashing. it will pop up with there has been a technical problem please reload the game or contact support.
. I get logged out randomly while playing at the casino which is highly frustrating!
. Another bad thing is that the superpoints are worthless I spent over 80,000 super points yesterday and won less the £2 altogether.
. Superpoints free spins value are 10p a spin which is just pointless on top of that any winnings from superpoints have a massive wager on
. The live chat agents need to move away from automated responses and try to be a bit more helpful.
. I mentioned this in an earlier review and I have to mention it again. The promotions and free bonuses are non-existent on this site... I mean there is nothing to make we want to keep coming back, if it wasn't for sam trying his/her best to help after the last review I wouldn't have bothered.

Now two big issues,
1) I had over 2000 euros in the account over the weekend and couldn't withdraw because no one works that day... So I lost half of my winnings which is my fault but reversing withdrawals should be blocked in my opinion.
2) I believe the withdrawal amount I received was an incorrect amount and it was off by a lot.

So would I recommend playing here? Yes if you like a small few games... But there are plenty of better casinos out there

Does not hold a UKGC license and does not seem to know what one is! All they do is refer to their Master Gaming License CEG-IP / 2014-0112 license which is not a valid license for UK customers! They cannot legally accept customers from the UK without a UKGC license and are breaking the law by allowing customers from the UK to register! Let alone deposit! Complete scam of a company! I have reported them to UKGC and hopefully heavy fines and real restrictions will be headed their way!

The casino accepts UK players despite not being licensed in the UK. This is in direct conflict with UK gambling commission guidelines. Customer service typically reply with pre written template responses.

The casino is not able to accept deposits from UK players despite accepting them without the required UKGC license. Despite repeated attempts and multiple discussions with support the casino is unable to accept deposits.
There is also a very limited number of slot games available to UK players, if you can manage to make a deposit. Good luck with that!

Hello, very good casino especially for live roulette. can't say more because I only play roulette live..
and I never play bonus...
I have requested 2 withdrawal of 500 and 1000 euro.. 11/12/2019 was approved after 24hrs. I am waiting for my 500euro withdrawal to appear in my bank account. It has been 3 days now so hopefully, I will receive it this coming Tuesday for a 5 days wait.. and yesterday I requested 1000euro was approved just today so I will wait starting Monday to Friday next week..
When I receive all of my withdrawal to the exact time said then I will continue playing here..

Just for the bank transfer I hope it will be faster than 3-5 days to receive the money.. or maybe because its the first time and next time will be faster?

Non compliance with Spanish Laws. Accepts players from Spain. They don't have the necessary license to operate in Spain, granted by the Spanish Regulator. They operate using a Curaçao license that is not valid in Spain. I have informed the support team about it. They don't seem to care.
You can deposit by Klarna in seconds, but you don't have Klarna to withdraw. Makes no sense.

Lucky31 casino was established in 2012, funny I only came across it last year sometimes when it even has a certificate of trust, as you know whenever you look for some new casinos, you look for ones that can be trusted. I guess we do not use the filter to show casinos with trust certificates, right? Not even sure AG has this feature.

Anyways I signed up and if not mistaken I was offered 10 free spins to try, but did not make it to the bank with any winnings and I claimed the welcome bonus they offered me for a minimum deposit of $10, but the bonus wagering of x30 D+B was very high I got the feeling this deposit will just be buying me playtime.

I contacted support to double check the wagering and they confirmed its in fact on the D+B. Live chat was quick to respond but the down side is they are limited with live chat hours and not 24 hours as others.

Game selection speak for itself, as it has almost every game one would need to have a good time, however Big Time Gaming and Push Gaming is missing. If they get that – I would make more deposits here, since the minimum is very low. They also need to work on the filtering system for slots, maybe add ''New Games'' and ''Providers'' tab for filtering as everything is just under slots section.

The claiming of bonuses using e-wallets is great as well, given with new changes you hardly get these offers with e-wallets with most new casinos. E wallets are always restricted and for us haters of credit cards it makes life difficult.

I hope to make a withdrawal here, since I believe its within 24 hours, I cannot say, but I would like to see a few hours withdrawal processing times in future. I still not get why casinos have 24 hour pending times, especially when playing with straight deposit cash. If bonuses are claimed, then I believe the pending should be suitable.

I won some money. Verification process took about 24 hours and was completed. I have made my first withdraw Tuesday night so it has been now like 42 hours. I understood that the pending time for withdraw process can be up to 72 hours. So waiting for that to happen now and we will see if its correct :)
