I played at GEObet ages ago, sometime last year in fact! And when I played there they were only Microgaming! I actually have quite a good story to tell about them! My time here started off not very good at all!
The minimum deposit in order for me to get the 100% welcome bonus at the time was £25 which was a little out of my comfort zone. My preferred amount was and still is £20...but I deposited the £25 anyway and used the relevant bonus code expecting my welcome bonus to appear...but it didn't! I was furious...made worse by the fact I couldn't speak to anyone on live help! So I emailed them. I didn't get a response very quickly and soon grew very impatient. I had intended on waiting and not spending my £25 until the bonus was added but as I said I grew impatient and spent it anyway. It didn't take me long to get through it..I was really disappointed actually, I found all their slots were rubbish and can't remember having any kind of significant win from the whole £25! I eventually received a response back saying that I never used the bonus code! Well this infuriated me even more because I am a girl of my word! I do not lie! (Well apart from to my partner about how much of his money I spend) I sent a very polite but straight email back only to be told that I wasn't going to get the bonus! I again responded telling them I'd like to speak to a manager as I know I put the bonus code in! I was told it would be forwarded to a casino manager. Low and behold about three days later, two further emails from me, I had a response from the casino manager saying that the £25 bonus had been credited to my account! Happy Days! What made it even better was it had been credited as real money not as bonus money...meaning no wagering...actually withdraw-able straight away. I was tempted to just withdraw it and get my money back but I'm glad I didn't because I won off it and ended up withdrawing £90.
I was worried during the verification process that they may twig on that the money wasn't given as bonus money but they didn't, the verification run very quickly and smoothly and I received my money!
