I made deposit with bonus code for 700% bonus. After that my balance was at 10€, so I have not receive any bonus. I was surprised so I opened live chat support. The chat started immediately, maybe after 1 minute and I asked them what happened with bonus. I gave them bonus code which I used on deposit. They said that the bonus code is invalid so I was even more surprised. I asked them if they can offer me some other bonus with this deposit I made.

While I was waiting for a response from support, I looked at what kind of games they offer. I prefer to play Playtech games rather than GamesOS. While I was looking it passed over 15 minutes and I still have not received an answer for bonus offer. I waited another 5 minutes and then I decided to play with my money. I was really disappointed that live support did not offer me something. I understand that I was not the only one who contacts live chat that time, but in those 20 minutes I was expecting at least a reply from agent to hold on or something...

Well after that I started to play Foxy Fortunes. That day luck was not on my side, so in a few couple of minutes my balance was at 0. I had some winnings, up and down, but I did not want to change game because my balance was small, so I played only this one.
After this with live chat support and bonus I am sure I will not deposit here again. I like Playtech games, but I think that there are better casinos with this software.

Today I wanted to play in the ChipsPalace Casino, make a deposit and took the bonus. But immediately there were problems. Wu Long slot on the site does not load. I downloaded the casino client. But no one slot casino client does not load. Naturally I did not want to play at this casino and contact support. They refused to remove the bonus, but told me to make a withdrawal request. Their is absolutely no doubt that they have the best no deposit welcome bonus I have ever come across in any casino site by far. They give us 100 as free play and I could not believe this so I had to join this casino no matter what because no gambler can leave an offer like this.
