Withdrawals still pending after a week, can not get any reply


Hi,
I have had a total of $5500 of my winnings pending withdrawal at Sloty Casino for 7 days now.
They requested my documents the same day and I sent them through immediately.
Since then, I have received no contact from them, I have emailed them everyday asking them to transfer the money or to at least update me on what's going on but they just do not reply.

Please let us know if there's an update regarding your ongoing complaint. Please keep in mind that you are supposed to reply within the given 96-hours time frame, otherwise AskGamblers Complaints Team will consider the case as Resolved and it will be closed accordingly.

I have checked your account and can see that you had 1 withdrawal for $3000 approved on 06/08/17 and your withdrawal of $2000 approved on 07/08/17, so those funds should be with you this week :)
You have one more pending withdrawal, so I have been to speak to the payments department and asked if they can prioritise this withdrawal, so that will be approved as soon as possible for you.
I apologise that you have not had a response to your recent emails yet, this is due to the very heavy workload we are under at the moment and I am sorry for the delay!
